Botball modules: head

Basic head modules

Basic modules are available to all players from the beginning; they are the easiest to balance and use, but are generally less powerful and versatile than rarer modules.

  • Arin head module: The basic head module, with average scores on all stats and traits.
  • Taskara head module: A head designed for quick passes, but not to score; has high energy output but low endurance.
  • Asyata head module: The most expensive of the basic heads, the Asyata is built to shoot. Throws the ball faster and more accurately, but offers little endurance and energy. A bot with an Asyata head has the special ability to temporarily stun enemies that come close to it.
  • Vaahana head module: The Vaahana head is very durable, but slow and clumsy.  It is the cheapest of the basic heads.

Advanced head modules

Advanced modules are more specialized and less common than basic modules, with mostly higher key stats (and some lower stats to compensate).

  • Jaganatha head module: A refined version of the Vaahana, this head is even slower and dumber, but cheaper and more durable.
  • Duurataa head module: The most accurate head in the game, the Duurataa scores almost every time it shoots, and it shoots fast. Its only disadvantages are its high cost and relatively low durability.
  • Taryakata head module: Despite being slow and relatively fragile, the taryakata is one of the most expensive heads in the game, due to its high accuracy and its special ability to hack into enemy bots.
  • Kshatra head module: Kshatra heads are relatively weak overall, but very cheap.

Elite head modules

Elite modules are the rarest in the game; they have the best overall stats, although some of their stats are ridiculously low to make room for the very high numbers. They allow for the best bot customization, but are correspondingly harder to find.

  • Viira head module: A viira head’s stats are high overall, but it’s relatively cheap thanks to its low energy output.
  • Naatha head module: The most expensive head in the game, the naatha has decent power, accuracy and speed, plus it has the Special ability to hack into enemy bots. The Naatha’s only weakness is its relative frailty.
  • Kiila head module: The Kiila is the cheapest head in the game, and its overall stats are accordingly low.
  • Rodha head module: The rodha has mediocre to average stats, but a bot with this head has the special ability to stun enemies that come in its way.
