Classic Server Final Quest Rules, Part 1

Evander Jordan, the Leader of the Resistance steps out from the shadows with the backing of the Mythic Queen – Golden Abot starts his master plan to overthrow the Empire – The Prince of Silence travels to Xibalba to ask the Blind Triad for a weapon to neutralize his enemies.

We are now in the final phase for the War Season IX! Armies are gathering under the flags of the Resistance, the Reformist and the Unliving Empire, the final battle draws near and all the factions must prepare for War!

 

Alliance-Based Challenge

The Final Quest will be an Ally-Based Challenge; this means that the winner of the War Season will be all the factions that constitute the winner Ally. In order to play this Quest, factions must join an ally (if they are not part of one yet). Alliances are referred as “Ally” or “Allies” in the rest of the rules.

 

Ally Faction Cap: Any Alliance will be allowed to have up to 3 factions of any size. For merges and ally changes leaders should open a Support ticket and the staff will help you organizing the members of your factions and ally.

 

The Three Armies

For the Final Quest of the Classic Server, War Season IX there will be 3 Non-Player Armies (referred as ‘Armies’), represented by 3 NPC’s, as follows:

 

 

Each one of these NPCs will play a fundamental role in the Final Quest. Allies must choose which Army they will support and give resources to their representative, so they can win over the other 2 armies.

IMPORTANT: Each Army will favor the Ally who helps them the most, so if more than one ally supports the same Army, only the Ally who give them more resources (more on this below) will receive the recognition and benefits of the Army.

Now let’s move onto the rules for winning the Challenges!

Final Quest Part One: The Dawn of the Incarna

The instruments of War must grow according to the times, and the Commanders of the Armies is planning to summon powerful forces, known as the Incarna to win the War for the Realm. The nature of each Incarna will be disclosed later by the Army representatives, but in order to succeed, they are requesting the economical and political support of the Alliances of the Realm.

Challenge Starts: Monday, November 15th, 15:00 Hrs

Challenge Ends: Thursday, December 21st, 15:00 Hrs

 

Objective #1 – Provide Black Crystals to the Army

The Armies require a huge amount of power and high-end materials to build the Fortress that will hold their Incarna, specifically they require enormous amounts of Black Crystals. For this objective, Allies must destroy other Allies buildings to obtain Black Crystals and give them to their Army Representative.

Note: The only way to obtain Black Crystals will be by destroying enemy buildings of lvl 7 or higher, so Factions must prepare accordingly.

Deliver the Black Crystals to the representative of the Army your Alliance is supporting! The Black Crystals you deliver will affect the toughness of their Army Fortress in the second Part of the Final Quest!

NOTE: The Representatives will start receiving crystals until Friday, November 26th. But all the Alliances can start gathering their crystals and Hero Points since the moment the challenge starts.

The option to demolish a building from the Main Building of a City will be disabled for the duration of this quest, if your faction need to replace a building in a Land, please open a Support Ticket and the Staff will demolish the building for you.

Objective #2 – Provide Political Power to the Army

The armies require territories under allied control to secure enough Corenode Power to summon the Incarna. Each faction of the Ally supporting that Army must summon their Hero and start collecting Hero Points by claiming lands and transforming its Corenode into Hero Points.

When the Challenge countdown is over, all the Hero Points gathered by all the heroes of the Ally will be transferred to the Army your Ally supported in the Objective #1.

Note: If your Ally supported more than one Army, the Hero Points will be transferred to the Army who received more Black Crystals from your Ally.  

The Hero Points you provide to the Army will affect the toughness of that Army’s Incarna.

 

About Winning the First Part of the Final Quest

The performance of the Allies during the First Part of the Final Quest will define their starting conditions for the Second Part of the Quest. When the Challenge countdown is over, the Army representatives will announce the Ally that gave them more Black Crystals, and the Army will join that Alliance.

 

War Season IX Final Quest, Part 1 in a Nutshell:

  1. All factions must be part of an Ally to play the Final Quest
  2. Allies cannot have more than 3 factions
  3. Allies must decide which Army they will support and focus their efforts in 2 objectives:
    • Destroy other alliances buildings to gather Black Crystals
    • Summon Heroes and claim lands to gather Hero Points
  4. Black crystals should be delivered to the Army Representative
  5. All the Hero points of the Ally will be transferred to the Army they support
  6. By the end of the First Part of the Final Quest, the Armies will join the Alliances that helped them the most
  7. The amount of Black Crystals and Hero Points will affect the starting conditions of the Army in the Second part of the Final Quest
