RELEASE NOTES V1.8.1

I. News:

1. Welcome to the first update of V.1.0, in this patch we are introducing some new cards, rules adjustments for timers and card usage, as well as a general card power adjustment; this particular effort will take us until the next patch to finish, but we hope you like this first delivery.

2. Claiming Cards are now available. The battle for the control of the realm starts NOW! Read below the changes we made to the Claiming rules and cards.

3. With this update we're also integrating the Forum inside the game's interface, so you can check the posts and reply them while keeping an eye on your timers. We hope you like this new feature and invite all of you to participate in the forum. Right now you'll have to login in the forum with a separate account, but we're working on a full-fledged integration in the near future.

1. New Timers/Card usage rules.
All characters have now 5 available Action Timers:
   a. Primary Action - Orange Cards
   b. Secondary Action - Blue Cards
   c. Focus Action - Violet Cards
   d. Job Action - Gold Cards
   e. Psytech Action - White Cards

Every card has a color. You'll be able to play a card as long as you have the required timer available. Review your cards and try to perform different combinations, here's a quick guideline:

   * Armed Attacks of all kind (Melee or Ranged) will normally be orange cards and will use the Primary Action timer, also note that all Move actions are primary actions.

   * Unarmed attacks (such as your bare hand), as well as other actions like sending a PM will be blue cards and will use the Secondary Action timer.

   * Armors, spells that affect your attack or defense and other long term effects will normally be violet cards and will use the Focus Action timer.

   * Basic and Advanced Mining picks, as well as other background actions (such as the new Bodyguard card) will normally be gold cards and will use the Job Action timer.

   * Special Psytech techniques, such as the Heal or the Celerity effects will be depicted as white cards and will use the Psytech Action timer.

Please note that the Melee and Range status still apply when using weapons and the particular rules governing combat actions remains unchanged.

With this new system you'll be able to perform up to five actions at the same time, every skill have different action type cards, so keep in mind your possible combinations while designing your Action deck.


2. Weapons adjustments

Weapon timers were modified and are now faster, damage was adjusted for the new speed of weapons and XP cost of health and stats.

   * 'Apprentice' Weapons (Common), this weapons are very easy to find, the skill required to use it will be adjusted by the quality of the crystals used to craft it. All Apprentice weapons have 25% miss chance.

   * 'Basic' or 'Regular' Weapons (Uncommon), normal weapon's min and max damage are adjusted by the quality of the crystals used to craft it. Also regular weapons can be of any type of damage (body, mind or spirit). All Basic weapons have 15% miss chance.

   * 'Celadon'/'Crimson'/'Azure' Weapons (Rare), this special type of weapons are not easily obtained and most of the times they come as loot from wandering monsters. They're damage specific (Celadon-Body, Crimson-Spirit and Azure-Mind) and in addition to the uses and min/max damage, the speed of the weapon is affected by the quality of the crystal, also this special type of weapons have only 5% of miss chance.

Note on range weapons: The "Melee Miss" value of a range weapons determines the chance to hit against a target in melee status, this value can be modified by the quality of the crystals used to craft any range weapon.

3. Crafting adjustments

   * Blueprints were changed to use the 6 types of crystal that are available in the realm: Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange and Yellow.

   * The Artifacts skill now can improve the quality of the crystals used during the Assembly process (for determining crafting bonus) at a reason of one point of quality per point above the required level to craft the Item, up to a bonus of +30.

4. New Card Mechanics

   * Added the Bodyguard card, this Psynet card will allow you to redirect all the attacks aimed to the protected character to the player playing the bodyguard card. The Bodyguard card will be effective for a limited amount of blows the protected player receives, during the duration of the card timer.

   * Added the Shield card, this Equipment card will allow you to cast a powerful protective effect that will absorb all damage directed to you, until the shield breaks or the timer expires.

5. Other Cards adjustments

The following cards were changed and now uses the Psynet skill (instead of the Personality skill):

I. News:

1.  Player Factions ("Factions") are now available! New Factions are created with the Leadership skill, this skill will be eligible by all players with the Personality and the Psynet skill. Read below to learn how to create and manage your faction.

2. Tactics Skill and Off-hand Weapons! The Tactics skill, which will allow your character to wield off-hand weapons and  other special attacks is now eligible to all the players with the Range and Melee Skills, read below to know more about it.

3. Over 100 Avatar Masks are now available in Aein Woods, Biodomes and Blightlands! Masks are gender and race restricted. All masks are crafted with the Crafting skill and are used with Natural skill.

III. Gameplay Changes/Additions
---------------------------------------

1. Factions General rules:

   a. The Mythic, Unliving and Promethean Factions will now be referred as "Races", to differentiate them from the Player-Generated factions (referred as "Factions" from this point on). Race Factions act as a default faction for all the players that don't belong to a Faction.

   b. Factions allow characters from different races (Mythic, Unliving, and Promethean) to team up in a single group. When a character joins a Faction, he becomes a valid target to all the characters outside his faction (even if they share the same race). 

   c. Factions can claim and own lands, also they have several advantages over Race Factions, such as a private Chat, detailed information about Faction members, and a wide variety of Leadership cards that can help the whole faction in the battlefield. Race Factions can claim lands, but will not be able to Influence the lands to own them. The Vault, Splinter Of Ramiel and Gaia's Heart lands will always be the only lands owned by Race Factions.
 
   d. If a player leaves a Faction, he will be automatically recruited by his Race Faction. A player must wait 24 hours to join another faction after he leaves one.

   e. Players with the Leadership skill can create new Factions. To train the Leadership skill a player must have at least one level in the Personality and Psynet skill. After a Faction is created, its Leader can recruit players using the Recruit Card, available with the Technique Trader in Shokan Lake.

   IMPORTANT: Please note that you can only have a total of 5 skill trained.
 
   f. The total amount of players a Faction can support depends on the Leadership level of it's members, every point of leadership allows a member into the faction, that means that if a player with 20 levels in Leadership creates a Faction, his Faction will hold max. 20 members (the Leader included). If any member has more leadership than the Leader, his skill level is used instead of the leaders for member calculations.

If you have trained the Leadership skill, follow these simple instructions to create your Faction:

   a. Select the "Faction" tab from the Profile Window.
   b. Click on the "Create Faction" tab
   c. Write a Short name (3 characters, this characters will be shown next to the name of all faction members)
   d. Write a Name for your faction and click the "Create" button. 

Now you have created your Faction. The following options will be available to you in the Faction window:
   * Members. This will show the information of all the members of the faction.
   * Invitations. This will show the active invitations to other players to join your Faction.
   * Faction Message. Use this option to send a Neuronode to all the members of the faction. This feature is available to all the faction members with Psynet skill of 20 or higher. 

Once you have your faction created, you can send invitations using the Recruit card, available with the Master of Prevarications in Shokan Lake. Player that receives invitations can accept them in the Faction tab of their Profile window.

2. "Defensive Formation", "Inspire" and "Phalanx" Leadership cards.

Players with the Leadership skill will be able to use these special cards to help out his factionmates in the battlefield. Please note that these cards will only works with Faction (not Race Factions).

2. Tactics Skill

The Tactics skill allows you to wield off-hand weapons (both melee and range), and will allow you to use advanced combat techniques and group effects during a battle. In order to train the Tactics Skill you'll require at least one level of Melee and Range skills.

   IMPORTANT: Please note that you can only have a total of 5 skill trained.

There are 3 off-hand melee and range weapons available with the traders at Shokan Lake.

3. Basic Skill Cards update.

   a. The Basic skill cards (such as the Psy-Punch, Speech, Return to Homeland, etc.) will now only appear in your Inventory if you have the proper skill trained.

   b. The Equipment mining drill was removed and replaced with an "Equipment Ring" that will provide a minor armor bonus to its wielder, as a Basic skill card.

4. Changes to New Player Protection rule.

Players under the 7-day new player protection will now be unable to attack players in claiming status. Please note that if a player under the 7-day protection attacks another player, he'll lose the protection against that player for the duration of his or her attack timer.

1.1   ¡Ya contamos con el sitio en español! El equipo de BRO anuncia a su comunidad que la página principal ahora está también disponible en español. Este es el primer paso de una estrategia que nos permitirá unir a la comunidad jugadores de todo el mundo y compartir con ellos la experiencia única de Broken Reality Online. Nuestro staff estará resolviendo dudas y dando soporte a todos los jugadores en los dos idiomas.

1.2    Sistema de tesoros revisado, para esta versión se realizaron cambios en los MOBs y los artículos que dan como tesoros cuando son derrotados, muchas nuevas cartas de armas están disponibles para ser obtenidas  exclusivamente de esta manera.

1.3   Nuevas cartas de Equipment, las Hunter Badges (distintivos de cazador) están disponibles con Alban en Shokan Lake. Las Hunter Badges son cartas tipo Job que ofrecen bonos especiales a su usuario contra MOBs.

2.   Correcciones de Bugs

3.   Cambios y Adiciones a las Reglas

3.1   ¡Nuevas Armas Celadon, Azure y Crimson! nuevas versiones especiales de todas las armas podrán ser obtenidas como tesoros al derrotar MOBs. Estas poderosas armas tienen daño específico y cuentan con la propiedad de que su Action Timer puede ser reducido si se construyen con cristales de alta calidad.

•   Las armas Celadon son de daño Body
•   Las armas Azure son de daño Mind
•   Las armas Crimson son de daño Spirit
•   Todas las armas normales pueden ser obtenidas en versión Celadon/Azure/Crimson como tesoros de MOB

1.   News

1.1   Spanish version of the site! The BRO team is happy to announce that our website is now available in both Spanish and English. This is the first step of a strategy aimed to gather the best players from different regions of the globe and share with them the unique experience of BRO. Our staff will be supporting players in both languages.

1.2   Revised Loot system. Mobs and loot items were adjusted in this patch, you’ll find several new weapon cards available as loot. Read below to know more about these new cards.

1.3   New Equipment cards added. The “Hunter Badges” are now available with Alban at Shokan Lake. Hunter Badges grant special abilities that will help you in the task of killing MOBs. Read below to find out more.

2.   Bug Fixes

2.1   Fixed a bug that prevented Faction invitations to work properly when the target had recently leaved a Faction.

2.2   Fixed minor glitches in the combat log.

3.   Gameplay Changes/Additions

3.1   Celadon, Azure and Crimson weapon cards now available as MOB loot only. Special version of the regular weapons were introduced as loot from MOBs, this powerful weapons are damage-specific and their Action Timer can be reduced during crafting, if the weapon is made with high-quality crystals.

•   All Celadon Weapons have Body damage
•   All Azure Weapons have Mind damage
•   All Crimson Weapons have Spirit damage
•   All the regular weapons can be obtained in their Celadon/Azure/Crimson versions from MOBs
•   All the Celadon/Azure/Crimson weapons have 5% chance to miss, instead of the 15% chance to miss of their normal versions.

These weapons cards replace the “Master” versions of the weapons that were available before this patch.

3.2   New Equipment Cards: The Junior Biot Hunter, Junior Beast Hunter and Junior Mutant Hunter badges are now available with Alban in Shokan Lake. Badges require the Equipment skill to activate and all use the Job Timer (this is the same type of timer used by Mining cards).

Hunter badges offers a 30% damage protection against MOBs of that specific kind, this bonus stacks with bonuses provided by techniques and armors.

First Faction Quest and Upcoming Politics Module

To all our players:

As in previous War Seasons of BRO, the main objective of the Factions in this War Season is to conquer all the regions of the known world. In this War Season we’ll feature a new Politics Module that will allow the Factions not only to conquer, siege and own the lands, but also to create buildings and special structures that will give perks and bonuses to the entire faction and the ability to uncover new lands and expand the tactical possibilities of the map. This new module will be available in the next Update of BRO, scheduled for December 20th.

In the meanwhile the factions can compete for a bonus Owned land and win a head start in the first Faction Quest, consisting in claiming all the available territories in the map. The Quest will work as follows:

  • The Faction Quest will start on Dec 12th 2008 at 00:00 hrs (CST)
  • When the Faction Quest starts all the lands will be returned to a Neutral status
  • The 4 Shokan Shore areas will be transformed into "Free for All" Lands (That means that they will not be claimable and everybody can fight against anybody regardless of their Faction) with superior "sticky crystals" (you will be held in Mining status when you mine on these crystal patches).
  • Every hour the game will check if a faction has control over all the lands (except Shokan Lake, the 3 Race Homelands and the Shokan Shore areas)
  • If a Faction have control of all the lands, a message will be displayed (and repeated every hour) announcing the winner Faction.
  • The Faction Quest expires with the Update Patch of December the 20th, if no faction was able to hold control of the entire map, all the factions will start in equal conditions. If a Faction wins the Faction Quest, they’ll start with an owned land of their election after the Update Patch.
  • After the Update patch, all the lands will be changed to Neutral status, except the Race Owned lands and the owned land of the winning faction (if any).

Please post any questions you may have regarding the Faction Quest and the upcoming Politics Module. We’ll happily answer all your doubts.


NOTE: The starting date of the Faction Quest changed to Dec 12, when the version 1.8.4 will be available.

Another piece of information: the 4 Shokan Shore areas will be transformed into "Free for All" Lands (That means that they will not be claimable and everybody can fight against anybody regardless of their Faction) with superior "sticky crystals" (you will be held in Mining status when you mine on these crystal patches).

This lands will not be accounted for in the Faction Quest (a Faction will not need to claim them in order to win the Faction Quest).

The "free for all" claiming will end with the next update, since the factions will be able to gather influence and eventually own the lands, actually gaining tactical advantage over the other factions and moving closer to the ultimate game goal, which is the conquest and domain of the known world.

Also please note that the Faction Quest will automatically expire if no faction can claim all the lands in the given time, so the factions can choose to protect their lands from their enemies instead of trying to claim all the lands. After the Faction Quest the race for the political conquest of the realm will start and this time every claim and every influence point earned will move your faction closer to the ultimate goal of winning the game.

The Faction Quest is for Player Factions only. A single faction must have control over all the lands (except Shokan Lake, the 4 Shokan Shores and the 3 race homelands) in order to win the quest, the winning Faction will receive a land of their choice with owned status. If the faction is disbanded after that, the land will be returned to neutral status.

LAST UPDATE

The following adjustments have been made for the Faction Quest:
- The 4 Shokan Shores area are now "ruin" type lands
- Superior quality crystals can be mined there
- If you use your Advanced Pickaxe or any mining bomb/extractor, you'll enter in mining status for the duration of the mining action.

The Lands will not be changed to neutral status, and the Faction Quest will start on Dec. 12 at 00:00 Hrs, when the version 1.8.4 will be uploaded for this event.

We are sorry for the delay in the beginning of the Faction Quest.

Christmas Patch Release Notes

1.   The Faction Quest starts NOW! The first faction that conquers all the lands available for claiming will receive a bonus owned land of their choice when the new Politics Module is released. Read this forum post for more information about the Faction Quest.

The following adjustments have been made for the Faction Quest:
 1.1 All the lands were returned to Neutral Status.
 1.2 The 4 Shokan Shores area are now "ruin" type lands: Superior quality crystals can be mined there, but beware, if you use your Advanced Pickaxe or any mining bomb/extractor, you'll enter in mining status for the duration of the mining action.
 1.3 In order to win the Faction Quest, a single Faction must hold control of all the available lands for claiming, the system will check if this conditions are met every hour.


2.   New Christmas content! Kill the mean snowmen and gain special cards! We even included Polar Express tickets so you can visit Santa’s home! New items include exquisite Champagne that will give you a Psynode bonus, new holidays “weapons”, pets and unique Masks. Don’t miss this special cards!

3. The Crystal Scanner card, that allow you to know how many crystals are available in the land can now be purchased with Alice Wires in Shokan Lake.

4.   The new Politics Module will be available with the Update patch of Dec. 20th.

5.   BRO Christmas Party! A special Live Event will be held on December 23rd at 20:00 Hrs (CST), don’t miss this incredible opportunity to get special Christmas prices directly from Santa and his henchmen!

1. News

1.1 The race for the total control of the lands has started! Check out the new "Politics" of the Land Window, where you'll be able to see the status of the political landscape and add your faction influence to your claimed lands! Read below for a full explanation of the new Politics system. NOTE: The Lands will start gaining influence levels on Sunday 21st at 18:00 Hrs (Server Time).

1.2 Congratulations to the Forest Guardians (GOF) faction for winning the Faction Quest! We ask the Faction Leader of GOF to send a Node to one of our staff members so they can receive their prize.

1.3 The BRO Christmas party is about to begin! Join us this  Tuesday, December 23rd at 20:00 hrs Server Time and find out the plans that Santa has for the dwellers of the Realm. Special prizes and unique cards will be given out for all the players that participate with us in this event.

1.4 Golden Time in BRO! Starting from next sunday, Dec. 28th at 00:00 hrs Server Time and every sunday after that, we'll have a Golden Time in BRO. During the duration of the Golden Time the Psynode regeneration rate will be doubled. The Golden Time will last 24hrs (From 00:00 to 23:59 hrs). There will also be some surprises during the Golden Time, don't miss it!

1.5 In this release notes we'll focus in the new Politics rules, but several new cards will be available with The Lord of Silk and Iron, a new NPC that will be found in his majestic flying fortress "The Bonecloud". Information about the new cards and more information about how to get them will be posted in the Forum tomorrow (Sunday 21st of December).

1.6 Please note that the Advanced Trade skill, "Engineering", that will allow characters to deploy buildings in the lands will be released as well as the first Building type card on Friday, December 26th. A Free XP Reset will be given to all the players when this Advanced Skill is available (NOTE: You'll need both the Equipment Skill and the Crafting skill to have Engineering).

2. Bug Fixes
-------------------------------

2.1 Fixed a bug with the Groundings/Weakenings/Wardings/Risings cards that prevented their use between members of different races that belonged to the same faction (and in some cases enemies from the same race of the user but from different faction). The cards are now working as intended.

2.2 Fixed a bug with the Shokan Shore Ruins that applied a health movement penalty to all the players regardless of their condition, now the movement penalty is only applied if the character has a combat timer active.

2.3 Fixed some typos in the general chat messages.

2.4 The "Drunk" status, added by the Christmas Champagne will now allows Move actions. Don't drink and drive!

2.5 The Time displayed in the game clock now shows the "Server time" for everybody. Server time is GMT -6.

3. Gameplay Changes/Additions
-------------------------------

3.1 The Artifacts skill will be now known as "Crafting"

3.2 The Politics Rules

This version of BRO features a new set of rules involving control, development and influence over the lands. This set of rules will be referred as Politics through all the game. Politics in BRO will define which faction wins the War Season. Here are it's basic underlying concepts:

• Lands can have one of the following status in the Land Window:

   - Neutral: No faction has control over the land, the land can be claimed by any faction. No influence may be added.

   - Claimed: A faction has claimed the land and has control over it, but another faction can try to claim it and take control of the land. The controlling faction may add influence to the land

   - Owned: The land is under control of a faction and has settled a Base-type building. While the Base building is there the land cannot be claimed by an enemy faction. Siege weapons can be used to destroy the Base building and return the land to Claimed status.

Special Status for lands:

   - Conquered: The land is ultimately conquered by a faction, no more buildings can be deployed/raised there. Information about the procedure to Conquer a land will be published later in the War Season

   - Ruins: This type of land cannot be claimed or owned by any faction. WARNING: Crystals in Ruin-type lands are "Sticky", that means you'll enter "Mining" status for twice the duration of your mining tool (basic pickaxe is not affected by this). Ruin-type lands Also give a Movement penalty based on your health level when you try to leave the land in combat.

   - Free for All (FFA): This type of lands cannot be claimed, players from the same race and faction can fight in this type of lands.

   - Quest: Quest Lands cannot be claimed and they are governed by special rules.

• Influence can be added through the Politics Tab in the Land Window

   - You can add Energy to a land your faction controls. Every hour the server will check if there is enough Energy to gain an Influence Level, if there is enough Energy allocated, the Land will absorb the energy and the faction will earn an influence level in the land. The land must be under the control of a faction in order to gain an Influence Level. Please note that a land can have influence levels from different factions at the same time, but only one land can have control over the land.

   - Energy allocated for Influence level up can be pillaged by an enemy faction by means of a Drainer-Type card. There are three cards available: The Gaia's Totem, the Land Drainer and the Defiler. You cannot drain a land under the control of your faction. The Drainer will always steal Allocated Energy from the Faction controlling the land.

   -  A Faction can have up to 100 Levels of Influence in a land. The more influence levels the faction has, the more Building Levels they can have in the land.

   - Every Influence Level has a fixed cost. The first Level of a land always costs 1000E. For a complete list of the cost for each influence level check out this page on the wiki.

• Characters with the Engineering Skill can deploy Buildings in Claimed lands

   - When a Land is under the control of a faction and has at least 1 level of influence, members of that faction will be able to deploy a Base-Type building. This building changes the land to the Owned status. Every Building level consumes an Influence Level, example: if a land has 30 levels of influence, it can hold 30 building levels of that faction.

   - Buildings can be attacked with Siege weapons and lose levels as a result of a successful attack. Every Building Level that lost by the faction will decrease an Influence level from the land the next hour, if several levels are lost during an attack the land will continue to lose Influence at a rate of one level per hour. The defending faction can allocate Energy to avoid losing Influence levels, as long as it has control over the lands. When the Base Building is destroyed the land will automatically turn to Neutral status and can be claimed by an enemy faction.

   - More information on Buildings and the Engineering skill will be published on the December 26th patch.

• Winning the Game

   - When all the lands in the map are uncovered and "Conquered" the game will end and the Faction that has control over more lands will be the winner of the War Season.

   - Information about the process to "open" the lands covered by the fog will be published later in the War Season. It'll involve Special Quests and Live Events.

New Items for V1.8.5!

With the v1.8.5 the Politics module was introduced in the game, information about the workings of the Politics Module can be found in the Release Notes.

In addition to this, several new cards, lands and MOBs were introduced to the game. Here's a description of the new stuff:

New Trader: The Lord Of Silk And Iron
---------------------

Once a great Unliving General and now one of the oldest people around the Realm, the Lord of Silk and Iron and his fabled Flying Fortress "The Bonecloud" are now available for visit. The Lord will receive and sell advanced blueprints to all the intrepid adventurers who dares to defeat one of it's terrible minions.

To gain access to the Bonecloud, look for a Lake Horror MOB in the Shokan Shore areas and kill it, but watch out! This creatures are very tough so be prepared and try to hunt in groups.

The Lord of Silk and Iron sells a wide variety of weapons and techniques, some of them are just advanced versions of common cards, but there are some new type of cards, that we'll describe shortly

New "Shield" Cards
---------------------

1. "Shield" Type Cards
The Telekinetic Shield, the Psychic Shield and the Soul Shield are special techniques that allows a character to create an energy bubble around himself or an ally that absorbs raw damage from attacks, the Shield can offer protection against all type of damage or against a particular type of damage. The shield will break apart when it has absorbed all the damage it can take or the timer of the card expires.

  • Shielding other players require the Psynet Skill, and the blueprints can be found with the Lord of Silk and Iron.
  • Personal shields can be summoned with the Equipment Skill, the blueprint for this can be found with Alban in Shokan Lake.
  • The damage the Shield can absorbed is not affected by the damage cap, but the damage the player takes after the shield is affected by the cap
  • Shielding yourself or other players is a Primary Action



Note on the Chromatic Armor: The Chromatic armor is anew type of armor that works as a Shield: instead of raising your stats for damage reduction purposes, the Chromatic armor simply absorbs damage from the three types. Playing the Chromatic Armor card is a Focus Action, but unlike normal armors, once the armor has absorbed all the damage it can take it becomes useless for the rest of the card duration.

New "Hold Claim" Card
---------------------

In addition to the typical Slow/Hold cards, a new type of technique was released in this patch, the Hold Claim card will allow it's user to increment the countdown timer of a claim in progress. This card requires the Personality Skill to activate and its played as a Primary Action.

Crystal Scanner Card
---------------------

The Crystal Scanner card will allow it's user to know how many crystals are in the Crystal Patch of a land. This card uses the Natural Skill to activate and it's played as a Focus action, the blueprint can be found with Alice Wires in Shokan Lake. (Thanks to all the players that asked for this card in the forum).

Sabotage Cards
---------------------

Wiki detail specification

This is part of the Politics update but I'll cover them as well. There are special cards that can steal allocated Energy from a land*. There are three types of Sabotage cards: Gaia Totem, the Defiler and the Land Drainer. Unlike previous War Seasons, now this cards can be used by any player despite race or faction. They vary in price, countdown length and extraction power.

Using a Sabotage card works like a Claiming. Activating the card requires the Equipment Skill and the card is played as a Primary Action. The sabotage will be announced in the General Chat. When the countdown timer ends (and if you're still alive) you'll drain a certain amount of Allocated Energy to the faction that controls that land. You cannot sabotage a land under your faction's control.

* The term Allocated Energy refers to the Energy that a player put into the land so it can gain an Influence level of it's faction in the next server hour.

Xmas Live Event Report

After a long battle with a less than ideally shaped Santa Claws, the brave warriors of the Realm managed to drive him off to the Void until next year Christmas. Tiny Tim and his band of Poison Elves, Rudolph the Reindeer and the bad temepered Winter Cursed Tree are still holding the Polar lands after his master's defeat.

The Polar Express is still available from the Mr Frosty's and the now deserted Santa's Workshop turned into a battleground for the finest crystals of the realm. The Polar lands and it's precious treasures will be available until the first patch of January 2009.

Congratulations to all the players that bravely fought against the terrible Red Man and thank you very much for joining us in this hilarant adventure, all the players that participated in the Live Event will receive a special prize from Mr. Claws.

1.1 Buildings Module in process.

We are working hard on the Engineering/Buildings module, as you could see in the sneak peak we posted in December; there will be different buildings available for players with the Engineering skill to deploy on his or her faction-controlled lands. Each building will grant a specific power or ability to the players of that faction and they’ll be subject of sieging and will hold the key for the ultimate victory of the game.

There is no official release date for this module. We will release it when it’s done but we will provide constant updates on this subject.
 
1.2 New Quest and End of Christmas Event

This update features the “Peak of Storms” quest that will take you to the highest grounds of the Realm to fight for the legendary Quicksilver Weapons. More information will be available with the Lord of Silk and Iron at the Bonecloud later this week. 

Also, we inform the community that the Christmas Event is officially over, all the frostys were removed from the Realm and the Christmas UI was replaced by the traditional Silver UI. The North Pole lands will still be available until end of month, but no more North Pole Express blueprints will be dropped by MOBs.

1.4 Golden Time in BRO!

Remember that every Sunday (from 00:00 to 23:59 hrs Server time) we have Golden Time in BRO. During Golden Time the Psynode regeneration rate is doubled (this means you’ll receive 2 Psynodes every 5 minutes). We also have some special activities for the Golden Time, so don't miss it!

2. Bug Fixes
-------------------------------

2.1 Fixed a bug with new Risings cards that prevented their use between members of different races that belonged to the same faction (and in some cases enemies from the same race of the user but from different faction). The cards are now working as intended. Thanks to ShadowVolt for reporting this issue.

2.2 Fixed a bug that prevented the Tracking Probe to work properly, it’s now working as intended. Thanks to The Dark Knight for reporting this issue.

3. Gameplay Changes/Additions
-------------------------------

3.1 Minor/Major Hold cards adjusted and new “Freedom” cards added.

The Minor & Major Hold (Movement, Melee and Range) cards were adjusted to better serve game purposes: They are all Primary Actions now and their delay effects were reduced roughly to one half. Check the updated Minor and Major hold cards here.

Also, the “Freedom” cards are now available. These are Equipment cards that offer protection against Holds and Delays. Freedom cards are available in Apprentice/Regular/Master versions in Shokan Lake and the Bonecloud. You can see these cards specs following this link.

3.2 New Psynet Probes released!

A new Psynet card, the “Following Probe” is now available as a loot item (MOB drop only), this new card will allow it’s user to follow a target moving character to his/her destination. Also a “Homeland Probe” was added; this probe will let you know the current homeland of your target. Finally, the DNA Scan Probe will allow you to take a “DNA sample” of a target and use it later to know its current location and status.

1.1 Engineering Module Update!

The BRO Staff continues working hard on the Engineering Module, and a document with a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) describing the mechanics of the upcoming module and a preview of all the basic buildings is now available in the Forum and the Wiki, please check it out and let us know your opinion.

1.2 Christmas MOBs are leaving town!

The Christmas MOBs will be available in the North Pole Lands until January 31st, starting January 28th there will be a chance of them dropping a special blueprint: the Santa’s letter. Don’t miss this chance to get your own Christmas Letter so you can participate in the “Dear Santa...” challenge coming soon.

2.1 Fixed minor glitches concerning Internet Explorer.

2.2 A bug allowing the players to change their Action Bar outside their homeland/City will be fixed on Jan 30th, after that day, players will only be able to equip cards and set their Action Bar while in their homeland or in a City.

3.1 Completely Revamped Neuronet interface.

The Neuronet has undergone a mayor facelift, now you can benefit from:
-   Display of avatars
-   Content summary
-   Read status
-   Page navigation
-   Search conversations

Now you get 1 social experience when you read the Neuronet node and 2 social experiences when you actually answer it. Also a checkbox was added in the Neuronet Window so if you don't want to receive social XP from reading/answering nodes, just can uncheck it and proceed without expending your Psynode in this actions.

3.2 Ignore This!

If someone’s giving you a hard time, or are simply too annoying for your taste, use the new “ignore” function in the Neuronet tab to avoid getting messages from that player in the chats or Neuronet.
 
3.3 New support interface:

To report a bug, ask for help or send a suggestion, simply click on the “Get BRO Staff Support” link on your Neuronet window. This module will allow the BRO Staff members to reply faster and more efficient to your requests.

3.4 Golden Time Update

Due to popular demand, the Sunday’s golden max psynodes will be 150, so don’t miss this chance to level up your characters! 

3.5 Location now displayed in the Energy Ranking

The Energy Ranking was updated and it now shows the ranked player current land.

1.1 Engineering Module Available!

The Engineering Module is fully operational! Check the new "Buildings" Tab under the Land Window to see the buildings deployed in a land and access your faction's Buildings to obtain its special powers. Engineers from all the Factions can buy Buildings Blueprints from Chief Technician Limentani at Shokan Lake, there are more than 60 new blueprints in store!

1.2 Special Live Event next Sunday! 
 
Don't miss the Live Event "Barrage!" next Sunday during our Golden Time, with new and unexpected challenges, as well as new (and others not so new) NPC's that hops into the War Season.

2. Gameplay Changes/Additions
-------------------------------

2.1 Buildings Blueprints

Similar to the weapons blueprints, there are three types of Blueprints for each building: "Basic" Building, "Standard" Building and "Complex" Building Blueprints. Here are the details:

* Basic Blueprints are used to set up the building (i.e. it's first level) and can be used to raise a building until level 6. With the exception of the Main Buildings of each faction (that are the basis for later Race specific buildings) an Engineer of any race can build any building using Basic Blueprints.

* The Standard Blueprints are used to increase the Building Level up to Lvl 15. As with the Basic Blueprints, this can be used by Engineers of any Race. It's important to note that the Standard Blueprints can affect the building efficiency (described below) in a positive or negative way.

* The Complex Blueprints are used to raise a building up to level 20. Unlike the other two types of buildings complex blueprints can only be used by Engineers of the same race as the building background, since the special techniques used in the final stages of this powerful structures is a secret heavily guarded by the Races that developed the technology. Complex Blueprints affect in a tremendous way the Building efficiency and HPs.

About Building Efficiency and other technical jargon:

With the Engineering Module, several new terms are added to the game, the most important of these is the CoreNode (abbreviated CN). As described in our last update, the CoreNode is a pool of Energy that your Faction harnesses to empower their building effects. Some particulars:

  • CoreNode is calculated multiplying your Land Level x 100 (i.e. a Lvl 7 Land will have 700 CoreNode Points, a lvl 80 land will hold up to 8000 CN points)
  • Every time you use a building, it'll use CN points
  • Your land will regenerate all its CN points every 60 minutes
  • Every time you level up a building, it will gain more Hit Points, and it's effect will become powerful, but it CN consumption will also be incremented. Good quality building cards will give the building more HP's and less CN cost (making the building more CN Efficient).

2.2 Click on the node to quick-refresh it!

Now you can click on the Psynode indicator in your top bar to update your current Psynodes.

2.3 Target is now displayed next to the Server Time and it's clickable!

Every time you select a character or a MOB from the Target window, its name will be displayed in the area next to the game clock. This indicates your current target, and all the target actions you perform will be directed to him, even when you are in other windows like the Lands or Neuronet! Also, clicking on the character name will open your Target Window.   

2.4 Free XP Reset ends on February 4th.

Please note that the Free XP reset will be removed on Wednesday, February 4th at end of day. So use this time to try and design the character template that best suits your game style or your Faction's needs.

1.1 New Faction Management options available!

New options were implemented for Faction Module to support faction merges, splits and spin-offs and strong negotiations between factions regarding lands, read below for a complete description.

2.1 New “Management” tab added in the Profile-Faction section

In the Management Tab Faction Leaders will be able to perform the following actions with his/her faction:

Rename a faction. Faction Leaders will have the ability to change the name and 3-letter acronym of his or her faction. 

Surrender a Land. Faction Leaders can now surrender a land, including all its Faction Influence Levels and Buildings to other Faction. This is intended as a tool for supporting merges, splits and special war negotiations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When a Faction surrenders a land, the land is automatically settled to “Neutral” status and the receiving Faction acquires the land with 90% of the total Influence Levels and all buildings at 50% health.

This tool is available to Faction Leaders only.

2.2 The “Building Looting” rule

When a player destroys a building using a siege weapon, he/she will automatically earn one black crystal, but ONLY if the building have 7 or more levels. If a building under lvl 7 is destroyed there will be no loot from the siege.

2.3 “Building” Status Added

A new rule for Engineers: Every time a player plays a building card for deploying/upgrading/repairing a building that player will enter into “Building” status, and will be unable to move and play move-type cards (Teleports, rides, etc.). With this addition all players can easily identify a working engineer through the Target window.

1.1 Map update and new lands available!

This update features 3 new Lands, that can be used to gain access to the Fog Lands, as well as an updated version of the game Map that now include useful frontier information.

New MOBs and quest are available in the Fog maze-lands, don't miss it!

1.2 The Separatists are back!

Separatist activity has been detected deep within the Mists! Look for separatist squads in the Fog lands and hunt them down to gain access to their Outpost: an entire enemy city to fight against! This is a permanent quest.

1.3 User Interface in Spanish

We've moved one step closer to the goal of total Spanish localization of the game. With this update, User Interface elements are displayed based on user language selection. English and Spanish languages are currently supported.

2.1 A bug preventing Siege weapons to work properly was fixed. Siege weapons are working as intended.

3.3 Fog Lands Special Rules

While traveling the new Fog zones, please consider the following:

  • Inside the fog you will not be able to properly identify other players, they will appear as “Someone in the mist” in your Target window
  • The fog lands are always changing, so it's virtually impossible to trace routes inside the fog realm
  • If you get lost, you can always click on the central button in your Navigation Window to exit the fog. Exiting the fog will move you to a random land outside the fog with 1 HP

3.2 Some improvements to Action types and Status rules

By rule of thumb you will always be able to use a card if you have the timer-type available (for example, you can play a Primary Action type card if I don't have a Primary action currently activated). This rule of thumb has some exceptions, all derived from the status of your character:
  • You cannot perform a Melee or Ranged attack while moving
  • If you are on Melee status and perform a ranged attack with your secondary action (blue card), a Melee miss penalty is applied to the ranged attack and the “Melee” status will be extended until the duration of the secondary ranged attack.
  • You cannot perform a Melee attack with your Secondary if you are on Range status

The War of Gods is about to begin!

That’s right soldiers, soon we’ll enter into the final stage of this War Season, and your skills will be tested to the limit. All the factions will have their chance to win the first prize, and Victory will be for the most active and organized faction. More information about this topic will be announced next Sunday.

What is going to happen with my character in the next War Season?


If you were wondering what’s going to happen with your character when War Season VIII ends: You will be able to use the experience you accumulated this War Season to buy Special Powers for your characters in the next War Season. Also, your accounts will be available when the next War Season starts.

Santa Claws have an additional Skill for you!

All the players that have an “A Letter to Santa” blueprint will be able to craft it, using a Black Crystal, and earn an Additional Skill slot!

BUG FIXES

  • A bug that prevented Armor Cards to apply correctly again certain type of MOBs was fixed.
  • Several glitches concerning NPC Windows were fixed.
  • A bug preventing the “Crystal Scanners” type cards was fixed.
  • A bug preventing the “Following Probe” card to work properly was fixed.
  • Boss type MOBs will now loot you when they kill you, as intended.


GAMEPLAY CHANGES/ADDITIONS

Hollow Hills, Iron Necropolis and Willow Wails can now be leveled Up

The three new lands can now be leveled up and buidlings can be deployed there normally, BUT factions will not be able to set Owned status over them.

New services available at the Psytech Store:

Buy a High-Quality Crystal for 1 PP. You can now buy a 70% quality crystal of any color (except black) for 1 PP. This is available in the Psytech Store -> Activate -> Crystal tab. Please note all these crystals stack and cannot be looted.

Custom Avatar Masks for 250 PP
. If you have an image that you would like to use as your Avatar, you can now submit it to our Support staff by opening a support ticket, and for 250 PPs it will be adjusted and set as your character’s Profile image.

New Transport Systems buildings available with Limentani!

Limentani has achieved important discoveries in his research of the Separatist technology and the Black Crystals, and now you can buy three new buildings from him in Shokan Lake:

    * At level 1 it allows you to travel to Shokan Lake
    * At level 5 it allows you to travel to the following destinations

    * At level 10 it allows you to travel depending where it was deployed:

¡La Guerra de los Dioses está por comenzar!


Así es guerreros, pronto entraremos a la etapa final de la War Season VIII, durante la cual sus habilidades serán probadas al máximo. Todas las facciones tendrán oportunidad de competir por el preciado primer lugar, la victoria será para la Facción más dedicada y organizada. ¿Qué va a pasar con mi personaje después de la War Season?


Para los que se estaban preguntando sobre lo que pasará al final de la War Season: Todos los jugadores podrán usar la experiencia que acumulen en esta War Season para comprar Poderes Especiales para sus personajes en la siguiente War Season. Además de esto, sus cuentas estarán disponibles cuando inicie la nueva War Season.

¡Santa Claws te regala un skill adicional!

Aquellos que tengan un blueprint de “A Letter to Santa” podrán forjarlo, usando un cristal negro, para obtener una Skill adicional. Recuerda que puedes conseguir un cristal negro destruyendo edificios enemigos.

CORRECCIONES

  • Se corrigió un error que evitaba que las armaduras se aplicaran correctamente contra algunos MOBs.
  • Se corrigieron “glitches” relativos a las ventanas de NPC.
  • Se corrigió un bug que impedía que los “Crystal scanners” funcionaran correctamente.
  • Se corrigió un bug que impedía que la carta de “Following Probe” funcionara correctamente.
  • Se corrigió un bug que evitaba que los MOBs tipo Boss no robaran cristales cuando daban muerte a un jugador.


NUEVOS ELEMENTOS DE JUEGO


Iron Necropolis, Hollow Hills y Willow Wails pueden incrementar su nivel

Ahora ya es posible incrementar el nivel de estas tierras y construir edificios libremente, SIN EMBARGO ninguna facción podra convertir estos territorios en "Faction Owned" status.

Se agregaron los siguientes servicios en la Psytech Store:

Cristales de Alta Calidad por 1 PP. Compra un cristal de 70% del color de tu elección (excepto Negros, claro) por 1 PP. Esta opción esta disponible en la siguiente ruta: Psytech Store -> Activate -> Crystal tab. Estos cristales siempre se apilan entre ellos y no pueden ser robados.

Máscaras Personalizadas por 250 PPs. Si tienes una imagen que te gustaría usar como Avatar, ahora podrás hacerlo, solamente levanta un ticket de soporte solicitando el servicio y un miembro de Staff te atenderá.

¡Edificios de Transporte disponibles con Limentani!

Limentani ha avanzado un paso más en su investigación sobre el funcionamiento de la tecnología Separatista y los cristales negros, ahora podrás comprar con él los blueprints para poder crear nuevos edificios de transporte, que facilitarán el transporte entre las tierras, aquí una descripción de estos edificios:

Psytech Store Update

There are new additions to the Psytech Store: new PP packages, Psynode packages and some changes to the PP Crystals and PP Crafting window, here are the details:

•   Psynode bonus with every PP Package! Now you’ll receive your Psynode bonus automatically every time you get a PP package from the Psytech store.

•   4 New Psytech Points packages available, powered with lots of Psynode bonus for your character!

•   The PP Crystals can now be sold and to the NPC Crystal Trader. Also the option to buy Hi-Quality Crystals with PP’s is now only available to players who had donated in the past.

•   You can now use PPs to craft your blueprints, by using the “Crating” tab of the Psytech Store. Cards you craft this way are of “Ultimate” quality, the maximum possible quality, and you don’t need the Crafting skill to use this feature, even better: In case you want to craft a weapon, you can select the damage type you’d like your “Ultimate” Card to be! NOTE: The damage type ou choose will only apply if the blueprint actually supports different types of damage.

NPC Trader Update

We have revamped our NPC Trader module, the new version has revised prices and new functionalities, check below:

•   The new Card Trader window features and advanced search that will allow you to filter the cards by type, skill, effect, and quality! Also, if the trader doesn’t have the card you are looking for, he will be able to sell it to you for an additional fee!

•   The Blueprint trader window was improved and now displays additional blueprint information.

•   Black Crystals sold out! No more Black Crystals at sale with the Crystal Trader, and the price for Black Crystals has been set to 1 Energy.

•   We are re-designing the Auction NPC and thus they will be temporary unavailable. All items in auction will be returned to their owners and no Auctions will be available until the next update.


New Card Repair Rules!

The Repair rule has been adjusted, now repairing will cost less, and you’ll be able to repair most type of cards, here are the details:

•   The cost of the repair has been adjusted, so now the max price for a repair is capped to the 60% of the total cost of the card

•   You can now repair all type of cards, except Travel-type, Building-type cards and special cards such as the “Heal Other”, “Psynode Boost” and “XP reset” cards

•   Every time you repair a card, there will be a chance of damaging the card based on the amount of uses you are repairing, also the damage dealt to the card (reduction in Max number of uses) is now determined by your card’s Quality, from 30% loss for very low quality cards to 5% for top quality cards.

Actualización a la Tienda Psytech

Tenemos nuevas adiciones a la Tienda Psytech: Nuevos paquetes de PPs, Paquetes de Psynodos y mejoras a las secciones “Crystals” y “Crafting” de la tienda, he aquí los detalles:

•   Ahora todos nuestros Paquetes de Puntos Psytech incluyen un bono de Psynodos, que recibirás automáticamente cada vez que adquieras tu paquete en la Tienda Psytech.

•   ¡4 nuevos Paquetes de Puntos Psytech disponibles, cargados con muchos Psynodos para tu personaje!

•   Los Cristales que compres con PPs ahora podrás venderlos con el comerciante NPC de cristales, adicionalmente, la opción de comprar cristales con PPs solamente estará disponible para jugadores que hayan adquirido un paquete de PPs.

•   Ahora puedes usar tus PPs para construír tus blueprints usando el tab “Crafting” de la Tienda Psytech. Las cartas hechas por esta vía son calidad “Ultimate”, la máxima calidad posible. No necesitas la Skill de Crafting para usar esta opción y si quieres craftear un arma, ¡ Tambien puedes elegir el tipo de daño que quieres que tenga! NOTA: El tipo de daño que elijas somamente aplica si el blueprint que quieres construir soporta ese tipo de daño.


Actualización de Comerciantes NPC

El módulo de comerciantes NPC fue totalmente rediseñado, se le agregaron nuevas funciones y los precios de algunas cosas han sido revisados, estos son los detalles:

•   ¡La nueva ventana del Comerciante de Cartas incluye un módulo de búsqueda avanzado, que te permitirá filtrar las cartas según su tipo de timer, skill, efecto y calidad! Además, si el comerciante no tiene la carta que estas buscando, pero otro comerciante la tiene, podrás comprársela por un poco más de su precio normal.

•   El comerciante de Blueprints ahora muestra más información sobre los artículos que ofrece.

•   ¡Los Cristales Negros se han agotado!  Los cristales negros que tenían los comerciantes NPC se han quitado y el precio de estos cristales ahora será de 1 Energía.

•   Estamos rediseñando al Comerciante de Subastas (Auction), por lo que todos los comerciantes de este tipo estarán deshabilitados hasta la próxima actualización. Todas las cartas que estaban en subasta le han sido regresadas a sus dueños.


Nuevas Reglas para Reparar Cartas

Las reglas para reparar cartas han sido modificadas, ahora los costos de reparación son menores y muchas cartas que antes no se podían reparar son reparables, aquí la información completa:

•   El costo de la reparación de cartas ha sido modificado, ahora el precio máximo de una reparación es del 60% del costo total de la carta.

•   Ahora podrás cualquier tipo de cartas, excepto cartas tipo “Building” (edificios), “Travel” (teleports) y cartas especiales, tales como el “Psynode Boost”, “Heal Other”, etc.

•   Cada vez que repares una carta, habrá una posibilidad de que la carta se dañe, ésta probabilidad está basada en la cantidad de usos que se estén reparando a la carta, asimismo el daño que recibe una carta en caso de que resultase dañada durante la reparación (reducción en la cantidad usos Máxima) estará ahora determinado por la calidad de la carta, desde el 30% de daño para cartas de la más baja calidad, hasta el 5% para cartas de máxima calidad.

The terrible Mr. White and his band has been controlled now, but the Easter Doe still needs to recover all her eggs, when she has obtained 10,000 Eggs she’ll stop giving out blueprints and blessings, so hurry up and get your special blueprints before the Doe gathers all her eggs!

Also remember that Eve is giving out eggs to anyone who prove to her he defeated Mr. White, and the Sexy Doe will give out special blueprints only when Mr. White is Crippled.

While Mr. White is alive the Sexy Doe will grant powerful blessings in exchange of Easter Eggs. Mr. White appear every 6 hours, starting from 00:00 Hrs (this means you can find him at 00:00 Hrs, 06:00 Hrs, 12:00 Hrs and 18:00 Hrs; server time).

2. INTRODUCING CHARACTER LEVELS
==============================================================

This version features an important addition to your character profile: Your Level. Your character’s Level represents the time and effort you’ve invested developing it, and provides a way for other players to recognize the power of your character.

 Here are the details in forms of questions and answers:

Q: How is my Level calculated?
A: Your level equals to your Total Assigned XP/1000 (Rounded down), so if you have, for example 5,600 Total Assigned XP, your level will be 5.

Q: What is my Total Assigned XP?
A: The ‘Total Assigned XP’ is the sum of every Social, Combat and Trade XP you have assigned to your character’s Stats and Skills. If you have unassigned Combat, Social or Trade XP, that will not be accounted for when calculating your level.

You can see your Total Assigned XP in your Profile as well as in the Ranking ->Psynode (Total Column), and Ranking ->Global (XP Column) windows. Remember your character will always appear in the #25 position of the Ranking windows.

Q: How many XP do I need to earn a new level?
A: You’ll earn a new level every 1000 Total Assigned XP

Q: Are the 1000 XP required to be of a specific type (ie. Combat, Trade, Social)?
A: No, the 1000 XP can be of any kind (for example 500 Trade, 400 Social and 100 Combat) the relevant ammount for calculating your level is your Total Assigned XP.

Q: What is the starting level for new characters?
A: New characters start the game with 900 XP and their starting Level is 0, when they assign their XP and assign their first 100 XP, their Level will be automatically increased to 1.

Q: Why is the Level important?
A: Your Level is an important status indicator for your character: it’ll be displayed in the Ranking tables; it’ll be used for creating teams for Official Tournaments.  Also some cards will require you to have minimum level to use them.

Q: How can see my Level?
A: Your level is displayed in the Profile window.

Q: How can I see other character’s Level?
A: You can assess any character’s level in the Target window.

1)   New traders in the Fog Lands
There is a new trader roaming the Fog Lands, this trader is responsible for trading your Crystal Heart for crystal weapons, and will be offering special trades now and then. Look for him in the Fog lands, but beware! Since this trader changes his location every hour!

2)   Want a 6th skill? Get it at the Santa’s Letter PP Pre-Sale!
The Santa's letter blueprint along with other seasonal cards and out-of-print live event blueprints are going to be available at the Psytech Store in a future update.

If you want a Santa’s Letter you can obtain it before it’s available in the Psytech Store for 300 PPs, Just open a Support ticket with your request!

3)   Players who attempted to hack the game were banned
We’ve detecting some players trying to hack the game, they have been unsuccessful in doing so and they are now permanently banned, any character with suspicious activity or found out attempting to hack/exploit the game will have the same treatment.

There was an error in the amount of Energy displayed in these two rankings, now it’s working as intended.

5.   GAMEPLAY ADJUSTMENTS & ADDITIONS

1)   Shield Other Cards are now played with Psynet skill
The Psychic Shield (Other), Telekinetic Shield (Other) and Soul Shield (Other) cards now require the Psynet skill to be used, instead of the Equipment skill. 

2)   Carrot Blades use Primary Timer
The Apprentice Carrot Blade, Regular Carrot Blade and Master Carrot blade weapons now use the Primary Timer.

3)   Natural Skill Blueprints /Cards new rules
The crafting rules for blueprints that requires the Natural Skill to be crafted has been adjusted, now they do NOT receive a Quality bonus when crafted by players with more Natural skill than required for the blueprint. 

Also, all the Natural skill weapons do not longer receive a Critical % Bonus when used by players with higher Natural skill than required for the card.

4)   Channeling Status for Scanning Cards
Now whenever a player plays a Scan card, such as the Health Scan Goggles or the Twilight Hood, they’ll enter the Channeling Status.

5)   The Manticore, Biot and Mutant siege weapons now use the Secondary Timer
The Biot Fission Cells, Manticore Hearts and Mutant Radioactive Skulls now use the secondary timer.

6)   No Social XP from chatting added
If you uncheck the option “Receive social experience from nodes and chat” in the Neuronet Window, you’ll not receive any Social XP for posting messages in any chat room or reading/sending Neuronet nodes.

7)   Craft Apprentice Weapons with Natural Skill!
The following Apprentice Blueprints now can be crafted with Natural Skill:

1. ¡LA CONEJA DE PASCUAS NECESITA RECUPERAR SUS HUEVOS MÁGICOS!

El terrible Mr. White y su banda están ahora bajo control, pero la Sexy Coneja de Pascuas necesita recuperar todos sus huevos mágicos: ¡cuando le hayan dado 10,000 huevos, ella dejará de dar blueprints especiales! así que si no aún no tienes tus cartas especiales de Pascuas apúrate a conseguirlas antes de que la Coneja reciba todos sus huevos.

Además recuerda que Eve está dando huevos a todo aquel que le demuestre que ha derrotado a Mr. White, y la Coneja Sexy solamente podrá dar los blueprints especiales mientras Mr. White esté “Crippled”.

Mientras Mr. White este vivo, la Coneja dará poderosas bendiciones a cambio de Huevos de Pascua, Mr. White aparecerá cada 6 horas, a partir de las 00:00 hrs (esto significa que lo podrás encontrar a las 00:00 hrs. A las 06:00 hrs, a las 12:00 hrs y a las 18:00 hrs. Tiempo del servidor).

2. INTRODUCIENDO LOS NIVELES A BRO
==============================================================

En esta versión estamos añadiendo una nueva e importante característica a tu personaje: Tu Nivel. Tu Nivel representa el tiempo y el esfuerzo que has dedicado a desarrollar a tu personaje y le permite a los demás reconocer este esfuerzo, así como el grado de poder de tu personaje.

Hemos escrito los detalles concernientes a los Niveles en forma de preguntas y respuestas:

P: ¿Cómo se calcula mi Nivel?
R: Tu nivel se calcula con la siguiente fórmula. Total de Experiencia Asignada / 1000 (Redondeada hacia abajo). Si, por ejemplo tu total de experiencia asignada es 5,600 puntos, tu Nivel será 5.

P: ¿Qué es mi Total de Experiencia Asignada?
R: El “Total de Experiencia Asignada” es la suma de cada punto de XP Social, Combat o Trade que has usado para incrementar tus stats y comprar/aumentar tus Skills. Si tienes puntos de experiencia no asignados, éstos no contarán para calcular tu nivel.

Puedes ver tú Total de Experiencia Asignada en la ventana PERFIL así como en la pestaña Psynode de la ventana RANKING (columna “Total”) o en la pestaña Global (Columna “XP”).

P: ¿Cuanta XP necesito para subir de Nivel?
R: Con cada nuevos 1000 XP que asignes en stats/skills obtendrás un nuevo nivel.

P: ¿Los 1000 XP requieren ser de algún tipo en específico (Combat, Social o Trade)?
R: No, la XP puede ser de cualquier tipo mientras sume 1000, por ejemplo 400 de Trade, 400 de Social y 200 de Combat. Lo importante es que sean 1000 puntos de XP asignados.

P: ¿Qué nivel tienen los personajes recién creados?
R: Los nuevos personajes empiezan el juego con Nivel 0 y 900 XP (300 Combat, 300 Trade y 300 Social), cuando ganen sus primeros 100 XP y asignen toda su experiencia el personaje subirá a Nivel 1.

P: ¿Para qué me sirve el Nivel?
R: El Nivel es un importante indicador de poder y estatus de tu personaje, será desplegado en todas las tablas de Ranking y será usado para crear equipos para Torneos Oficiales, adicionalmente algunas cartas requerirán que tengas un cierto nivel mínimo para usarlas.

P: ¿Cómo puedo ver mi Nivel?
R: Puedes ver tu nivel en la ventana PERFIL.

1)  Nuevo vendedor NPC en las Fog Lands
Hay un nuevo vendedor merodeando las Fog Lands, este vendedor es el nuevo responsable de cambiarte tus Crystal Hearts por armas de cristal, y de vez en cuando tendrá ofertas especiales. Búscalo en las tierras Fog, pero ¡mantente alerta, ya que este comerciante cambia de locación cada hora!

2) ¿Quieres una 6ta Skill? ¡Obtenla en la Pre-Venta de Cartas a Santa!
El blueprint de “A Letter to Santa” que te permitirá obtener una skill adicional, junto con otras cartas de Eventos pasados estarán disponibles en la Tienda Psytech en nuestros próximos Updates, pero si quieres obtener una skill adicional cuanto antes, puedes obtenerla por 300 PPs durante la Pre-Venta de Cartas a Santa. Solamente abre un ticket de soporte desde tu ventana NEURORED solicitando la carta a nuestro Staff.

3) Jugadores que intentaron hackear el juego fueron baneados
Hemos detectado jugadores que intentaron hackear el juego, los cuales no solamente lo lograron sino que ahora están permanentemente baneados. Todos los jugadores con actividades sospechosas o que se sorprendan intentando hackear recibirán el mismo tratamiento.

4.   CORRECCIONES DE BUGS

1) Rankings de “Top Energy” y “Top Cards” fueron corregidos, ya que había un error en la cantidad de Energía que se desplegaba para los jugadores, ahora despliegan la información correcta.

2)  Se corrigió un bug relativo a Edificios
Se detectó y corrigió un bug relativo a los edificios de Transporte, ahora están funcionando correctamente.

5.   AJUSTES/ADICIONES AL JUEGO

1) Cartas tipo “Shield (Other)” ahora se usan con la Skill Psynet.
Las cartas Psychic Shield (Other), Telekinetic Shield (Other) y Soul Shield (Other) ahora requieren la Skill Psynet para usarse, en vez de la skill Equipment.

2) Carrot Blades ahora usan Timer Primario
La Carrot Blade (premio especial de la Coneja de Pascuas) en sus versiones Apprentice, Regular y Master ahora usan el Timer Primary en vez del timer Psytech.

3) Ajustes a cartas que se crean/usan con Natural Skill
Cambiaron las reglas para hacer cartas con Natural Skill, ahora cuando son creadas por un personaje con más Natural Skill que la requerida por el blueprint, ya NO reciben un bono de calidad.

Adicionalmente las armas que se usan con Natural Skill han sido modificadas y ya no reciben bono al Crítico cuando son usadas por personajes con más Natural que el requerido por la carta.

4) Cartas tipo “Scan” te pondrán en estatus “Channeling”
Ahora siempre que un personaje juega una carta tipo “Scan”, tal como los “Health Scan Goggles” o el “Twilight Hood”, su estatus cambiará a Channeling.

5) Las cartas de asedios provenientes de Mantícoras, Biots y Mutantes ahora usan Timer Secundario.
Las cartas “Biot Fission Cells”, “Manticore Hearts” y “Mutant Radioactive Skull” ahora son usadas con el Timer Secundario.

6) Añadida opción para que no ganes Social XP por chatear

LEADERSHIP LOVE (PART 1)

This week update has lots of good news for players with the Leadership skill, some of these changes will take place now, while others will be applied in our next update, after the BRO Deathmatch.

Here are the details:

Leadership now has Pet Cards! All the players with the Leadership skill now can use Pet-type cards, these cards can be used as an attack, to deal damage or cause special effects to an opponent. There are three new Pet Cards blueprints, which can be acquired from Alice Wires in Shokan Lake, the Lord of Silk and Iron in the Bonecloud and from the Mysterious Fog Traveler in the Foglands. All Pet cards are Focus-type actions.

Psynode Bonus for Faction Leaders. A successful faction depends on a strong leadership, and now all faction members will help the Leader become stronger by granting them a Psynode regeneration bonus based on their levels:

Every 20 Levels of every member of the Faction will grant a +1% Psynode Regeneration Bonus, up to a total bonus of +50%.

The Psynode Regeneration Bonus is applied every time the faction Leader gains a Psynode point, that is every 5 minutes.

For example: a faction whose member’s Levels sums 600 will grant a 30% Psynode Regeneration Bonus to their Leader. This means the Leader will earn (roughly) 16 Psynodes every hour, instead of 12.

This update will take place on the first Update Patch of June, after the Deathmatch Tournament. The “Leadership love” patch includes more changes to this skill mechanics (such as new recruiting and faction rules) that will be announced in our following updates.

NEW TACTICS WEAPONS!

We have added four new Tactics weapons for skill levels 40 and 50. This Secondary Timer weapons for both the Melee and the Ranged specialist can be found in the Bonecloud and with the Mysterious Fog Traveler in the Foglands.

Remember that the Mysterious Fog Traveler keeps moving erratically in the Fog, so look for him every hour to obtain your new card!

OTHER NEWS

Separatist Relay price adjusted. The Separatist Relay Foundations blueprint now has a nominal price of 5000 Energy.

Easter Doe Magical Eggs Updated! If you have Easter Eggs, you can trade them for 200 Energy each. This blueprint is a quest item, so you will not be able to craft it.

Buy Broken Cards from the Card Trader. If you totally used a card and you’d like to have it back, you can now buy it from the Card Trader using the Advanced Search option. The trader will sell you the card at full price, but with 40% less total number of uses. 
(this applies at the end of the golden time)

LEADERSHIP LOVE (PARTE 1)

El Update de esta semana contiene muchas buenas noticias para los líderes de facción, algunos de las cuales entran n vigor a partir de este momento, mientras que otros cambios se realizarán en los parches de actualización siguientes al BRO Deathmatch. Aquí están los detalles:

¡Leadership ahora tiene Mascotas! Todos los personajes con la skill de Leadership ahora pueden usar cartas tipo “Pet” (mascotas), con las cuales podrán atacar a sus oponentes para causarles daño y otros efectos especiales. Se han añadido 3 nuevas Cartas tipo Pet al juego, las cuales pueden ser adquiridas con Alice Wires en Shokan Lake, el Lord of Silk and Iron, en el Bonecloud y el Mysterious Fog Traveler de la Niebla. Todas las cartas Pet usan el Timer Focus.

Bono de Psynodo para los Líderes de Facción. Una facción exitosa depende de un liderazgo robusto, y a partir de este update todos los miembros de la facción ayudarán a hacer más fuerte a su líder proporcionándoles un bono de regeneración de Psynodo, basado en su propio nivel. He aquí cómo funcionará esto:

Cada 20 niveles que sume el total de niveles de la facción le otorgará a su líder un bono del 1% extra de regeneración de Psynodo, hasta un máximo de +50%. El nivel del líder no cuenta para este bono.

El Bono de regeneración de Psynodo es aplicado cada vez que el líder gana un punto de Psynodo (es decir cada 5 minutos)

Por ejemplo, una facción cuyos miembros sumen 600 niveles le otorgarán al líder un bono de regeneración de Psynodo del 30%, con lo cual el regenerará 16 Nodos cada hora, en vez de 12.

Este cambio se aplicará con el primer Parche de Actualización de Junio, después del Torneo BRO Deathmatch. El “Leadership Love” incluye más cambios a las mecánicas de esta skill (tales como nuevas reglas para reclutar y administrar facciones), que serán anunciadas en nuestros siguientes updates.

NUEVAS ARMAS DE TACTICS!

Hemos agregado cuatro nuevas armas para los niveles 40 y 50 de Tactics. Estas armas de Timer Secondary en sus versiones melee y rango pueden ser adquiridas en el Bonecloud y con el Mysterious Fog Traveler que merodea la Niebla.

Recuerda que el Mysterious Fog Traveler cambia su posición en la niebla constantemente, así que búscalo cada hora para obtener tu nueva carta de Tactics!

OTRAS NOTICIAS

Precio del Separatist Relay ajustado. El blueprint del Separatist Relay Foundations ha sido actualizado y tiene ahora un precio nominal de 5000 Energy.

Huevos Mágicos de la Easter Egg actualizados. Si cuentas con blueprints de Easter Eggs, podrás venderlos a cualquier Blueprint trader por 200 Energy cada uno. Dado que este es un ítem de quest, no será posible craftearlo.

¡Combra cartas que hayas roto con el comerciante de cartas! Si rompiste una carta ahora puedes comprarla de vuelta usando la Búsqueda Avanzada del Card trader. El vendedor te venderá la carta a precio completo, pero con 40% menos usos totales.

I - New features for Faction Leaders FOR THE 1.8.11.0 version (this is not ingame in this game patch version

1. Faction Description. Faction Leaders will be able to write a description of the Faction, which will be available for the rest of the players who wants to know more about his faction.

2. Faction Ranks. The leaders will have the following new options:
a. Create a Faction Rank. Every faction can create up to 5 different rank levels for their faction (i.e. Squire, Infantry, Knight, etc.)
b. Assign ranks to the faction members (Only one Rank per member, multiple members can hold the same rank)

3. Permissions. This new feature will allow the faction Leader to give or deny permissions to their members to perform faction-related activities, based on their rank, the tasks that can be set permissions for are the following:
a. Send Faction Messages
b. Recruit New Members
c. Kick Faction Members
d. Edit Faction Description
e. Use Buildings
f. Declare War against other factions
g. Create/Join an Alliance
h. Access to Alliance chat

4. Faction Alliances. With the new Faction Module, a faction will be able to create an Alliance with other factions. Allied factions will not be able to fight against each other (except in Arena or Free for All Lands), and their officers will have access to a shared Alliance chat. A faction will only be able to be part of one Alliance at any given time.

5. Allied Victory. In case that the winner faction of the War of Gods is part of an Alliance, all the members of the Allied factions will be aknowledged in the next War Season as winners, but only the members of the War of Gods winner faction will receive the special prize in the next War Season.

6. A faction will be able to declare War to other factions; this will modify the looting rules between players of this faction and the other factions at war. More details about this will be published with the War of Gods update.

II - Psynode Regeneration Bonus for Faction Leaders

As was informed in a previous update, the new version of the Faction module will provide a special Psynode regeneration bonus to faction leaders, based on the level of their faction's members and the Leadership skill of the leader.

1. Every 20 Character Levels in the Faction will grant a 1% Psynode Regeneration Bonus, up to a total bonus of 50% (Leader's level is not considered for calculating this bonus).

2. The Psynode Regeneration Bonus is applied every time the faction Leader gains a Psynode point, that is every 5 minutes.

3. The Leader cannot receive more Psynode Bonus than his Leadership skill can support (see Faction Capacity rule).

III - New Level Capacity rule for Factions

1. The Faction tab in the Profile window will display a new "Level Capacity" indicator, this indicator will determine the amount of players the faction can hold and recruit, in Character Levels.

2. The Level Capacity will be determined by the Leadership Skill of the faction Founder (and Leader), as follows:
a. The max amount of summed Character Levels a faction can support is equal to ten times the Leadership Skill of the Founder (Faction Capacity = Leadership x 10 Levels).
b. A faction can have any number of members, whose summed levels are the same or less than the Faction Capacity.
c. The Leader's Level is not considered for Capacity calculations (Leader levels are free)

3. In order to recruit a new player into the faction, there must be enough free Capacity to cover the Level of the character that is to be recruited.

4. If the faction member's levels sums more then the Faction Capacity, but the sum of their levels is below 1000, the faction will not be able to:
a. Recruit new Members
b. Claim/Own Lands.
c. Establishing a Capital City (War of Gods Quest new feature)
d. Activate Temples buildings to support their faction in the War of Gods

5. If the faction has more summed Levels than its capacity, and the sum of levels is above 1000, the faction will be considered "Irregular" and the following functionalities will be disabled for all the faction members*:
a. Recruit new Members
b. Own/Claim Lands
c. Establishing a Capital City (War of Gods Quest new feature)
d. Offer prayers to the Faction's Deity (War of Gods Quest new feature)
e. Play Buildings Cards to deploy/repair
f. Use building abilities.
g. Psynode Regeneration Bonus for Faction Leaders

* These restrictions will not apply during Deathmatch days or other War Games.

IV - Create Factions with the Psynet Skill

With the new Factions Module it will be possible to create small factions with the Psynet Skill, with the following characteristics:

4. Psynet factions are the same as the Leadership factions, but they have a smaller Level Capacity and their leaders do not earn any Psynode Regeneration bonus from their members.

5. The Level Capacity of a Psynet faction is calculated multiplying the founder Psynet Skill x 3. As with the Leadership factions, the founder's Level is not considered for Capacity calculations.

V - New rule for Siege Weapons

Another rule that will be implemented during this version is that only the factions with an owned land will be able to use Siege Weapons cards. If the Faction does not have a land with Owned status, his members will not be allowed to use Siege cards in faction controlled lands, only in Quest-type lands.

I - Nuevas funcionalidades para Líderes de facciones PARA LA version 1.8.11.0 (No se incluye aun en el juego)

1. Descripcion de la Facción. Los líderes de facción podrán escribir un texto descriptivo, que estará disponible para que el resto de los jugadores sepan más acerca de su facción.

2. Rangos. Los líderes de facción ahora podrán:

a. Crear hasta 5 Rangos dentro de la faccion (ejemplo: Escudero, Infante, Caballero, etc.)
b. Asignarle un Rango a cada miembro de la facción (solamente un rango por miembro, pero muchos miembros pueden tener el mismo Rango)

3. Permisos. El Líder podrá controlar los permisos de los miembros para que realicen actividades relacionadas con la facción, basándose en su rango. Se podrán regular permisos para las siguientes actividades:
a. Mandar mensajes de facción
b. Reclutar nuevos miembros
c. Expulsar miembros
d. Editar la descripción de las facciones
e. Usar edificios
f. Declarar la guerra a otra facción
g. Crear o unir la facción a una Alianza
h. Acceder al Chat de Aliados

4. Facciones Aliadas. La nueva versión del módulo de Facciones soportará la creación de Alianzas con otras facciones, miembros de facciones aliadas no podrán pelearse entre ellos (salvo en tierras tipo "Free for All" y "Arena") y los oficiales de las facciones aliadas tendrán acceso a un chat especial de la Alianza para coordinarse.

5. Victoria Aliada. En caso de que la facción ganadora de la War of Gods pertenezca a una alianza, todos los miembros de las facciones que compongan la Alianza recibirán el reconocimiento de haber ganado la War Season, aunque solamente los miembros de la facción ganadora recibirán el premio especial en la siguiente War Season.

6. Declaraciones de Guerra. Las facciones podrán declarar la guerra a otras facciones, lo cual cambiará las reglas de "Saqueo" (looting) entre los miembros de las facciones en guerra. Más información sobre esta funcionalidad se publicará junto con la War of Gods.

II - Bono de Regeneración de Psynodo para Líderes de Facción

Como fué informado en una actualización previa, la nueva versión del módulo de facciones otorgará un bono especial de regeneración de Psynodo a todos los líderes de faccion, basado en el número de miembros que tenga su facción y el nivel de skill de Leadership del líder.

1. Cada 20 Niveles en la facción otorgará un bono de 1% a la regeneración de Psynodo, con un máximo de 50% (El nivel de líder no se considera para este bono)

2. Este bono aplica cada vez que el líder de la facción gana Psynodo, es decir, cada 5 minutos.

3. El Líder no puede recibir más bono de Psynodo que lo soportado por el nivel de Leadership del líder (Ver la regla de Capacidad de Facción).


III - Nueva regla de Capacidad de Facciones

1. En la pestaña "Faction" de la ventana Perfil aparecerá un nuevo indicador "Capacidad de Niveles", que indicará la cantidad de jugadores que la facción puede soportar, expresada en Niveles de personajes.

2. La Capacidad de Niveles es determinada por la skill de Leadership del Líder/Fundador, de la siguiente manera:

a. La cantidad máxima de niveles sumados que la facción puede soportar equivale a 10 (diez) veces el nivel de la Skill de Leadership del líder/fundador (Capacidad = Leadership x 10 Niveles)
b. La facción puede tener cualquier número de miembros, siempre y cuando la suma de sus niveles sea igual o menor a a la Capacidad de la Facción.
c. El nivel del Líder no es considerado para determinar la Capacidad que tiene actualmente ocupada una facción (los niveles del líder no ocupan Capacidad).

3. Para reclutar a un nuevo miembro se requerirá que la Facción cuente con suficiente capacidad para cubrir la totalidad de los niveles del personaje que se desea reclutar, tanto al momento de enviar la invitación, como al momento de que el recluta quiera activar su invitación.

4. Si la suma de los niveles de la facción sobrepasa la Capacidad, pero es menor a 1000 niveles, la facción y todos sus miembros tendrán las siguientes restricciones*:

a. No podrán reclutar nuevos miembros
b. No podrán Clamar/Poseer (Claim/Own) nuevas tierras
c. No podran establecer una Ciudad Capital (Funcionalidad de War of Gods)
d. No podrán activar sus edificios tipo "Templos" para ayudar a su facción en la Guerra de los Dioses

5. Si la suma de los niveles de la facción sobrepasa la capacidad y es mayor a 1000, la facción será considerada "Irregular" y las siguientes restricciones* aplicarán para todos los miembros de la facción:
a. No podrán reclutar nuevos miembros
b. No podrán Clamar/Poseer (Claim/Own) nuevas tierras
c. No podran establecer una Ciudad Capital (Funcionalidad de War of Gods)
d. No podrán activar sus templos para ayudar a su facción en la Guerra de los Dioses
e. No podrán usar cartas tipo "Building" para crear o reparar edificios
f. No podrán usar las habilidades especiales de los edificios de sus tierras
g. Sus líderes no recibirán el Bono de regeneración de Psynodo

* Estas restricciones no aplicarán durante los BRO Deathmatch o cualquier otro tipo de torneos oficiales.

IV - Creación de facciones con la Skill de Psynet

Otra nueva funcionalidad será que se podrán crear pequeñas facciones con el módulo de Psynet, las cuales tendrán las siguientes características:

1. Las facciones creadas con Psynet tendrán menor Capacidad que las facciones creadas con Leadership y sus líderes no recibirán ningún bono de regeneración de Psynode por parte de sus miembros.

2. La Capacidad de la facción se calculará multiplicando la skill de Psynet del fundador x 3 (Capacidad = Psynet x 3 Niveles). Los niveles del líder no ocupan Capacidad.

3. Las facciones creadas con Psynet son en lo demás idénticas a las facciones creadas con Leadership.

V - Nueva regla para las Armas de Asedio

Otra nueva regla que entrará en vigor con la nueva versión es que solamente las facciones que cuenten con una tierra en estatus "Owned" podrán usar armas de Asedio (cartas tipo "Siege") contra otras facciones. Si las facciones no tienen una tierra con este estatus, sus miembros solamente podrán usar estas cartas en tierras tipo "Quest".

VI - Nuevos territorios en el mapa

Durante la Guerra de los Dioses se abrirán más territorios en el mapa y siempre existirán tierras en disputa para ser clamadas con banderas, la cantidad de tierras nuevas que se abran dependerá de la cantidad de facciones activas que existan en el juego, cada tierra que se abra incluirá una quest de Demon Lord (con Demon Swords como recompenza a quien lo mate.

Gameplay Changes/ Additions
--------------------------------

1. Rules for transferring Lands & Buildings

Starting this version and until the v1.8.11 is released, the rule for transferring a land will change to the following:

a.   Transferred buildings loose only 10% of its health (instead of the 50% penalty it usually has)
b.   Land Level is transferred at 95% to the new owner faction

2. Lost Homeland Protected Spawn

If your character has his homeland set in a land your faction no longer controls, when you are killed you will not appear in Shokan Lake, instead your character will respawn in a special “Protected” land, in this land, all Action Bar usage is restricted and you will not be able to mine or use any card. While in this land every 5 minutes your status will be revised and when you return to “Normal” status, you’ll be automatically transported to Shokan Lake.

3. Faction Cooldown Timers Shortened

The cooldown time required for a player to change Faction was reduced from 24 Hrs to 5 Minutes.

These changes to the rules are intended to help all the factions prepare for the next stage of the game

Cambios / Adiciones al Juego

1. Cambio a la regla de transferencia de Tierras y Edificios


A partir de esta versión y hasta que sea liberada la v1.8.11, la regla para transferir una tierra a otra facción tiene los siguientes cambios: 

a.   Edificios transferidos solamente pierden el10% de su vida (en vez del penalty de 50% que anteriormente se tenía)
b.   Los Niveles de Tierra son transferidos al 95% a la nueva Facción dueña de la tierra

2. Resurrección protegida para jugadores que perdieron su Homeland

Con esta versión, si tu personaje tiene su homeland en una tierra que su facción no controla, cuando el personaje es asesinado por un MOB u otro jugador, en vez de aparecer en Shokan Lake, aparecerá en una tierra especial “Protegida”, donde no podrás utilizar ninguna carta y no podrás Minar. Cada 5 minutos esta tierra evaluará tu estatus, y si tu estatus es “Normal” te transportará automáticamente a Shokan Lake.

3. Timers de Cambio de Facción Reducidos

El tiempo requerido para que un personaje que acaba de abandonar su facción pueda unirse a una nueva facción fue cambiado de 24 Horas a 5 Minutos.

Estos cambios a la regla fueron establecidos con la intención de ayudar a las facciones a prepararse para la nueva etapa del juego.

1. The Fields of Mars are waiting for you!

Now you’ll be able to duel in one of the 9 Arenas available at the Field of Mars! Here are the rules:

1. In order to get to the Fields of Mars you first need to buy a Field of Mars Membership from any of the blueprint traders in Biodomes, Blightlands or Aein Woods.

2. Use your Field of Mars Membership in Shokan Lake and you’ll be transported to the “Hall of Warriors“, in this place you’ll be able to change your equipped cards if you need to.

3. From the Hall of Heroes you can enter any of the 8 Field of Mars with your opponent to play your duel.

4. The 8 Field of Mars lands are “Arena” type lands; in these lands the use of Advanced Psytech effects (such as healings, celerity and speechforge) is not allowed.

5. The Arenas operates based on the Server Time, every hour, from minute XX:50 to minute XX:59 the use of cards in the arena is restricted, and you can only make adjustments to your equipped cards, from minute XX:00 to XX:49 the use of cards is allowed and you will be able to duel freely.

6. While on the Arena, all you card’s timers (and your opponent’s) are halved.

2. Prepare yourself for the upcoming celebration of the BRO Deathmatch!

Warriors, get ready for a new wake of blood, passion and adrenalin with the new Deathmatch Tourneys! Starting in June, every last Sunday of the month will be Deathmatch Sundays! Rules and Registration will be published every 2nd Sunday of the month in the “Tournament” section of the Forum.

The next Deathmatch register will open next Sunday, June 14, and the war games will be held on Sunday, June 27. Don’t miss it!

3. We are preparing something very special in the Psytech Labs!

Here in the Labs the BRO Staff is preparing the Outworld for the Great War of the Gods that will close the current War Season: MOBs are being revised and fetched to offer you a new dimension of challenges and great rewards, new blueprints are being designed, new quests, lands and NPC’s are being devised and many more is on the way! Here’s a teaser of what we’ll release in the following updates of BRO:

Version 1.8.11 MOB UPDATE & LEADERSHIP LOVE PART II. In this version we’ll release the revamped version of the MOBs, with revised stats, new loot, new Bosses and a new reward scheme that will pull out your hunter instincts! Also this version will include a new faction module with new features such as a Public Faction Profile, a permission board for faction officers, creation of small factions with the Psynet Skill, and registering Coalitions. And that’s not everything! Important information about opening new lands of the map will be published, and the Psynode bonus for Leaders, as well new regulations regarding faction sizes will take place after this update.

Version 1.8.12 THE WAR OF GODS. This version will feature the special “War of Gods” quest that will include hundreds of epical battles, new cards, new buildings, and some gameplay elements never seen before! Also we’ll have a special Live Event, during which you’ll be able to interact with personalities of the Realm and help them in a new and dangerous mission. Stay tuned because the final race that will define the winner faction of the whole War Season is just around the corner!

BUG FIXES
-------------------------------------


1. Status altering cards bug fixed. There was a bug related status altering techniques (Meditation of Stillness, Point-blank Assault and Acrobatic Combat), it’s been fixed and now they’re working as intended.

2. There was an error with the Leadership group buff cards (Inspire, Phalanx, etc.) it’s fixed now.

3. There was a bug with some blueprints regarding crystal bonuses while crafting, they were fixed and are now working as intended (you may notice slight changes in some of your cards).

GAMEPLAY CHANGES/ADDITIONS
-------------------------------------

1. The Foglands and the Royal Rumble arena were adjusted so the ID of the players is no longer visible. Also the Advanced Search and the Psyvision cards no longer reveal the name of the target when used in those lands.

2. The following Teleport Cards were adjusted and now can only be played in certain lands:

  • The “Ride to the Peak of Storms” requires you to be in the Upper Deck of the BoneCloud to play it.
  • The “Lake Horror's Eye” Card requires you to be in Shokan Lake to play it. (It is up to 10 uses now)

3. A new button was added to the Help Window to open a support tickets (it works exactly that the one in the Neuronet window). Also now when you close a support ticket, you can rate the attention you received. This will help us to provide you with a better and more expedite service.

4. All Siege weapons cards and blueprints will be reviewed to adjust their damage.

1. ¡Los Campos de Marte te están esperando!

¡Ahora podrás realizar tus duelos en una de las 8 arenas de los Field of Mars! Estas son las reglas:

1. Para poder acudir a las Field of Mars deberás adquirir una membrecía (“Field of Mars Membership”) con cualquiera de los vendedores de Blueprints ubicados en The Vault, Splinter of ramiel y Gaia's Heart.

2. Usa tu carta de membrecía en Shokan Lake y serás transportado al “Hall Of Warriors”, en este lugar podrás cambiar las cartas que tengas equipadas en tu Action Bar.

3. Desde el “Hall of Warriors” podrás moverte a cualquiera de las 8 “Field of Mars” para jugar tu duelo.

4. Las “Field of Mars” son tierras tipo Arena, en estas tierras no se permite el uso de efectos de Psytech Avanzada (curaciones, aceleración de timers, etc.)

5. Las Arenas operan con un horario fijo, cada hora del minuto XX:50 al minuto XX:59 el uso de cartas esta deshabilitado y podrás cambiar las cartas que tengas equipadas en tu Action Bar. Del minuto XX:00 al minuto XX:49 podrán pelear los que se encuentren en la Arena.

6. Todos los timers en la arena duran la mitad de lo normal.


2. ¡Prepárate para las siguientes celebraciones del BRO Deathmatch!

¡Guerreros, prepárense para una nueva ola de sangre, pasión y adrenalina con las siguientes celebraciones del BRO Deathmatch! A partir del mes de Junio celebraremos el BRO Deathmatch bajo diferentes formatos el último domingo de cada mes. Las bases y las inscripciones serán publicadas en la sección “Tournaments” del Foro cada segundo domingo de cada mes.

Las bases para el siguiente Deathmatch serán publicadas el próximo domingo 14 de junio, y los juegos siguientes se celebrarán el 27 de Junio.


3. ¡Algo muy especial se está preparando en los Laboratorios Psytech!

Estamos preparando el Outworld para la gran guerra de los Dioses con la que cerraremos la War Season: todos los MOBs están siendo revisados y preparados para ofrecer a los habitantes del Outworld una nueva dimensión de retos y recompensas, estamos diseñando nuevos Blueprints, nuevas Quests, nuevas tierras, nuevos NPC’s ¡y muchas cosas más! Esto es una probadita de lo que liberaremos en los próximos updates de BRO:

Versión 1.8.11 MOB UPDATE y LEADERSHIP LOVE PARTE II. En este parche de actualización liberaremos la nueva versión de los MOBs, con stats y loot revisados, nuevos Bosses y un esquema de recompensas que sacará a relucir tu espíritu cazador.  Además de que publicaremos la nueva versión del módulo de facciones, que incluirá nuevas funcionalidades como delegación de funciones dentro de las facciones, creación de Equipos con la skill de Psynet, co-alianzas, perfil público de la facción, y mucho más. También se anunciarán reglas importantes sobre cómo abrir nuevas tierras en el mapa y entrarán en vigor el bono de Psynode para Líderes y nuevas regulaciones con respecto al tamaño de las facciones.

Versión 1.8.12 WAR OF GODS
. En esta versión se liberará la Quest especial de la Guerra de los Dioses, la cual incluirá épicas batallas, nuevas cartas, nuevos edificios y elementos de juego nunca antes vistos en BRO, así como un Evento en Vivo, durante el cual podrán convivir con importantes personalidades del Reino y ayudarlas en una peligrosa misión ¡Mantente muy atento, porque se acerca la gran carrera que definirá a la facción ganadora de la War Season!

CORRECCIONES DE BUGS
-------------------------------------



1. Bug con Cartas de Modificación de Estatus. Se corrigió un error que estaba afectando las cartas que modifican el Status (Meditation of Stillness, Point-blank Assault and Acrobatic Combat). Ahora funcionan correctamente.

2. Error con cartas de Leadership. Se corrigió que impedía que las cartas de bonos grupales de Leadership (Inspire, Phalanx, etc.) se resolvieran adecuadamente, ahora están funcionando correctamente.

3. Problema con bono de cristales. Se detectó que algunos blueprints no estaban aplicando debidamente los bonos de la calidad de los cristales al momento de ser creados, fueron corregidas todas las incidencias (es posible que se noten ligeros cambios en algunas de tus cartas).

CAMBIOS Y ADICIONES AL JUEGO
-------------------------------------


1. Las tierras de niebla y la Arena de Batalla Campal (Royal Rumble) fueron ajustadas para que el identificador de los jugadores no fuera visible. Además la función de Búsqueda Avanzada y las cartas de Psy-visión ya no muestran el nombre del objetivo cuando son usadas en estas tierras.

2. Las siguientes cartas de Teleportación fueron ajustadas y ahora solamente pueden ser jugadas cuando estés en una tierra particular:

  • La carta “Ride to the Peak of Storms” requiere ahora que estés en el “Upper Deck” del “BoneCloud” para jugarla.
  • La carta “Lake Horror's Eye” ahora requiere que estés en Shokan Lake para jugarla (tiene hasta 10 usos ahora).


3. Se añadió un nuevo botón a la ventana “Ayuda” para abrir solicitudes de soporte (tickets), este botón funciona exactamente igual que el que está en la ventana Neurored. Además cada vez que se resuelva una solicitud de soporte, podrás calificar la atención que recibiste, con esta retroalimentación nos ayudan a brindarles un mejor servicio.

4. Todas las cartas y blueprints de Armas de Asedio serán revisadas y su daño será ajustado.

More Leadership Love!

This update includes some tools and elements from version 1.8.11 (our next major update) we want all our players to have the necessary information to get ready for the upcoming major update.


1. New Faction Rankings available!

If you are member of a faction, or are looking to join one,  click on the RANKING button and check out the new "Faction" tab to see how each factions stand against the others in this new ranking. Also in this table you'll be able to see the current Level and Max Level Capacity of a Faction, if your faction exceeds the Capacity it'll be displayed as Irregular, colored red in the window.

2. Psynode Bonus for Faction Leaders is here!


Starting with this version all faction leaders will receive their Psynode faction bonus, based on their Leadership skill and the total Levels contained in his Faction. Only Leaders whose factions are not marked as Irregular will receive this bonus.  Please check this Forum thread for more information regarding this and other Leadership rules that will change in the following updates.

IMPORTANT NOTE: At this moment the only penalty for Irregular factions is that their leaders will NOT receive the Psynode Bonus, Faction leaders under this circumstances should take action so their faction does not fall into this category when the v1.8.11 is up, when then the penalties for the faction will be much heavier.

3. New Leadership Cards

New pet-type cards added: The 'Lesser Demon Beast', 'Personal Guardian', 'Elite Escort' and 'Imperial Company' are now available in Shokan Lake, the Bonecloud and with the Mysterious Fog Traveler. This new Leadership cards not only require it's user to have the Leadership skill trained, they also requires it's user to be the Leader of a faction with a certain number of levels, stronger cards require more faction levels.

4. New Fireworks card added!

To commemorate the 4th of July we released a new card for you all to celebrate your victories an war achievements. The fireworks card blueprint can be obtained from the blueprints traders in The Vault, Gaia's Heart and Splinter of Ramiel.

Mas Leadership Love!

Esta actualización incluye algunas herramientas y componentes anunciados para la versión 1.8.11 (la próxima actualización mayor) orientada a que todos nuestros jugadores cuenten con la información necesaria y se preparen para la siguiente versión del juego.

1. ¡Nuevo Ranking de Facciones!

Si eres miembro de una facción o estas buscando unirte a una facción haz click en el botón RANGOS y en la pestaña "Factions" podrás ver el comparativo de todas las facciones y compararlas unas con otras. En esta tabla podrás ver también los Niveles que contiene actualmente las facciones y la máxima capacidad de niveles que tiene cada una. Si una facción excede el máximo de capacidad de niveles, saldrá desplegada como Irregular en rojo.

2. ¡Llegó el bono de Psynodo para líderes de facciones!

A partir de esta versión los líderes de facción obtendrán un bono de Psynodo basado en su skill de Leadership y la cantidad de Niveles que contenga la facción. Solamente los líderes cuya facción NO este marcada como Irregular recibirán este bono. Por favor vean este tema en el foro para obtener más información sobre las reglas de Leadership que entrarán en vigor con futuras actualizaciones.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: En este momento la única penalización para facciones "Irregulares" es que su líder NO recibirá el bono de Psynodo, líderes de facciones en esta situación deberán tomar acción para que su facción no sea irregular cuando sea publicada la versión 1.8.11, pues entonces las penalizaciones serán mucho mayores.

3. ¡Nuevas cartas de Leadership!

Nuevas cartas tipo "Pet" han sido añadidas al juego: Los blueprints de las cartas 'Lesser Demon Beast', 'Personal Guardian', 'Elite Escort' e 'Imperial Company' están ahora disponibles en Shokan Lake, Bonecloud y con el Mysterious Fog Traveler. Estas nuevas cartas no solamente requieren que su usuario tenga la Skill de Leadership entrenada, sino que además requieren que su usuario sea Líder de una facción con un cierto número de niveles. Mientras más poderosa sea la carta, más niveles le pedirá al líder tener dentro de su facción.

4. ¡Nueva carta de Fuegos Artificiales!

Para conmemorar el 4 de Julio se liberó una carta para que todos celebren sus victorias y eventos importantes en la guerra. El blueprint de la carta "Fireworks" puede ser adquirido con los comerciantes de blueprints de 'The Vault', 'Gaia's Heart' y 'Spirit of Ramiel'.

Esperamos que esta nueva actualización de BRO sea de su agrado.

Core BRO Modules Updated!

This week we updated the BRO Core modules, we did some refactoring to optimize performance as well as to prepare the server for the v1.8.11. Here are the list of changes that took place with this update:

I. Bug Fixes

1) Invalid characters in Neuronet "Send a Card" function fixed. Some cards generated an error when you tried to send them through the Neuronet  Window due to an invalid character in the card's name, this has been fixed and is now working as intended.
   
2) Leadership group buff cards glitch fixed. Display glitches with the Defensive Formation, Inspire and Phalanx Cards were fixed.
   
3) Ignore function no longer hides action messages from ignored player in the chat, such as kills, drain attempts, claim attempts, etc.
   
4) Minor typos fixed (if you note one please report it to the Staff through a ticket)

II. Gameplay Changes/Additions
----------------------------------------------------------------

1) Over 50 new Emoticons added! Psynet users can now expand their communication abilities with this long range of new Emotes. Also a complete list of them and the commands to use them was added in the HELP Window.
   
2) Masks Blueprints Artwork revised. Now the blueprints includes their race and gender requirements in their image, and in several cases the artwork was improved.
   
3) Energy Extractor cards effect  increased. The effect of the Gaia Totem, Land Drainer and Defiler cards were adjusted and now they steal more Energy from the lands when successfully played. 
   
4) Single-click to close Full-screen view. [/b]Card views and combat reports are now closed with a single click outside the image area.
   
5) Dense Fog can now be reach through the regular fogs. You can get to the Dense Fog when travelling at random in the Foglands.
   
6) Race Favored Attack bonus increased!

  • Prometheans receives a +25 Mind Attack bonus

Módulos Centrales de BRO actualizados.

Esta semana realizamos la actualización de las librerías centrales del juego para preparar los servidores para la versión 1.8.11 y aprovechamos para optimizar de manera general la velocidad del juego. Esta es la lista de cambios que tuvieron efecto con esta actualización:

I. Correcciones de Errores
----------------------------------------------------------------

1) Ya se pueden mandar cartas con caracteres inválidos. Algunas cartas daban error cuando se intentaban enviar por Neuronet a otros jugadores, debido a caracteres inválidos en su nombre, este error fue corregido y ahora estas cartas ya se pueden enviar.   
   
2) Errores de despliegue de cartas de beneficios de Leadership. Existían errores de despliegue de las cartas 'Defensive Formation', 'Inspire' y 'Phalanx'.
   
3) Cuando ignoras a un jugador ya no ignoras sus acciones. Cuando un jugador de tu 'Ignore list' mata a un jugador, inicia un intento de 'Claim' o 'Drain' en una tierra, etc. Se despliega en tu ventana de chat.
   
4) Errores menores en los textos. Se corrigieron algunos errores en los textos, si encuentras uno por favor repórtalo al Staff a través de un ticket de Soporte.

II. Cambios y Adiciones al Modo de Juego
----------------------------------------------------------------
   
1) ¡Más de 50 nuevos Emoticones fueron añadidos al juego! Si tienes entrenada la Skill de Psynet ahora tienes decenas de nuevos elementos para expandir tus habilidades de comunicación. La lista completa de Emoticones y los comandos para usarlos están disponibles en la ventana AYUDA.
   
2) Imágenes de los blueprints de Máscaras fueron revisadas. La imágenes de los blueprints de las Máscaras fueron actualizadas y se les agregaron los requerimientos de raza y sexo. En muchos casos la imagen de la máscara fue mejorada.
   
3) El efecto de los extractores de energía ha sido incrementado. La cantidad de Energía que las cartas 'Land Drainer', 'Defiler' y 'Gaia's Totem' roban a la tierra cuando son jugadas exitosamente han sido incrementado.
   
4) Haz click fuera de la zona de imagen para cerrar las ventanas de pantalla completa. Cuando visualices Cartas o reportes de combates en vez de hacer doble click para cerrar la ventana, ahora tendrás que hacer click en cualquier punto fuera de la zona central para cerrarla.
   
 Antes esto no era posible, ahora podrás llegar a la Dense Fog me5) Ahora es posible llegar a la 'Dense Fog' desde las tierras de la niebla.rodeando al azar entre la niebla.
   
6) ¡Bono de Ataque Favorecido por Raza incrementado!

  • Prometheans reciben un bono de +25 a Ataques de Mind
  • Mythics reciben un bono de +25 a Ataques de Body
  • Unlivings reciben un bono de +25 a Ataques de Spirit

Nota: Este bono no aplica contra MOBs, solo contra otros jugadores.
   
7) Blueprints de 'Happy Birthday' y 'Fireworks' están ahora disponible con el  Mysterious Fog Traveler.
   
III. Otros Cambios

1) Despliegue de mensajes de log-in y log-out en la página principal de BRO.
   
2) Emoticones Personalizados disponibles en la tienda Psytech a cambio de PPs.

1) Swearing filter implemented in General chat. Whenever a player type offensive language in the chat, his post is automatically deleted and the player will have his general chat suspended for 30 minutes.

2) Emoticons had the following changes and additions:
   a. Basic emoticons (including the Dice {dice}) and the Youtube and BRO Forum auto-links* are available for everyone, regardless of their Psynet skill.
   b. There is a expanded list of Emoticons available for characters with Psynet Skill, linked with their Psynet level, more Psynode level will unlock more Emoticons.
   c. A set of animated emoticons were added as an exclusive feature for Donators.

3) Heal events are displayed in Faction Chat in addition to the General chat.

On the Road to Version 1.8.11

Today another increment of the v1.8.11 functionality is available, in this update we added several new faction management options in the Profile->Faction->Management Window :

Faction Description. Leaders and Faction Officers can now write a description for their faction, that will be available to all the players through the Faction Rankings Window, the Politics Window  and the Faction Information window  (coming soon).

Faction Ranks. Faction Leaders can now create Faction Ranks and assign ranks to the faction members (Only one Rank per member, multiple members can hold the same rank), when creating a Faction Ranks, the leader can assign permissions to allow them perform the following faction-related tasks:

   a. Send Faction Messages
   b. Recruit New Members
   c. Kick Faction Members
   d. Edit Faction Description
   e. Use Faction Buildings*
   f. Assign Ranks to faction members
   g. Declare War against other factions
   h. Access to Alliance chat

*Transport Buildings (such as the Vehicle Workshop, Death Hive, Dreamportand the Space Relay) and Turret Buildings (Deathray Obelisk, Turret and the Archer Tower) are not restricted and any member of the faction can use them.

NOTE: The Faction Message link is now displayed in the Neuronet Window for faction members with a Faction Rank that with permission to send them.

Assign Ranks to Faction members. Leaders and other Faction Officers will be able to assign a Ranks to the members of the faction.

A new version of the Recruit blueprint that can be used by Faction Officers (requires Natural Skill)  is available with the Master of Prevarications at Shokan Lake.

Camino a la Versión 1.8.11

Hoy se publica un nuevo incremento de funcionalidad de la versión 1.8.11, en esta actualización ponemos a su disposición nuevas herramientas para administrar las facciones, las cuales encontrarán en el la ventana Perfil->Faction->Management:

Descripción de la Facción. Líderes y oficiales de facción podrán ahora escribir y editar la descripción de su facción, la cual estará visible a todos los jugadores mediante la ventana de Tierra->Politics, la ventana de Rankings->Faction y en la ventana de Información del Chat (próximamente).

Rangos para Facciones. Los líderes de facción ahora pueden crear Rangos para su facción y asignarles su rango a sus miembros de facción, determinando permisos a cada rango para que puedan realizar actividades relacionadas con la facción:
   a. Enviar Mensajes de Facción
   b. Reclutar nuevos miembros
   c. Sacar (Kick) miembros de la facción
   d. Editar la descripción de la facción
   e. Usar Edificios de la Facción*
   f. Asignar Rangos de Facción
   g. Declarar la guerra a otras facciones
   h. Obtener acceso al chat de Allianza

   
* Los edificios de Transporte (tales como el Vehicle Workshop, Death Hive, Dreamport  y el Space Relay) y los Edificios de Ataque (Deathray Obelisk, Turret y Archer Tower) no están restringidos y pueden ser usados por todos los miembros de la facción.

Asignar Rangos a miembros de la Facción. Los líderes y otros oficiales de facción podrán asignarle un Rango de Facción a los miembros de la misma.

La opción "Faction Message" para enviarle un neuro a toda la facción ahora se muestra en la ventana Neuronet, a los usuarios que tengan un rango con permiso para enviarlos.

Una nueva versión de la carta de Recruit esta disponible para todos los oficiales de facción con permisos para reclutar, esta carta se usa con Skill Natural. Este blueprint se puede adquirir con el Master of Prevarications en Shokan Lake.

The MOB Update is Complete!
 
Finally, after several days of continuous update and testing, Version 1.8.11 is ready! Featuring Updated MOBs, new lands and a new Trophy System that will enable you to collect special loot called Hunting Trophies from the monsters you kill, then redeem them later for special blueprints and access to special quest-lands.
 
Also in this version some adjustments were applied to the game rules, they are all listed in the following paragraphs.
 
1.   Map Update
 
a.   Three new regions were uncovered by the Fog in this update, with over 20 new lands available for exploration and MOB Hunting! These new lands are Hunting Grounds and cannot be Claimed/Owned by any faction, besides mining actions performed in these lands will result in your character status to turn to "Mining" for the duration of the Mining timer.
 
b.   Three special Quest lands were added: The Court of Seasons, Ramiel's Tomb and The Acropolis, these lands will be used for the War of Gods Quest.
 
c.   Iron Necropolis, Hollow Hills and Willow Wails can now be accessed through its natural frontiers in the map.
 
d.   The Fog realm expanded with new destinations, now you can travel the labyrinthic mists to reach the deepest regions of the Fog and fight the mighty Demon Lords!
 
e.   The Separatist presence in the Realm also increased, deep within the Fog lands lies the Separatist Frontier that connects you with Two Separatist Outposts. Please note that the Separatist Space Relay building will now move you to the Separatist Frontier when activated.
 
f.   And new pathways were created in the deep fogs, leading to three new quest lands. More information about this lands and the quest that they hold will be published in a future release note.
 
g.   The Shokan Sewers quest land, located in the underground regions of Shokan Lake was added to the Realm.
 
2.   New Mobs and Trophies System
 
All the MOBs of the game were revamped with new portrait, attacks, loot and the new trophy system, over 50 different MOBs are now in play, and when they are defeated, there's a chance to collect a Hunting Trophy from them. Trophies vary in type and frequency (some trophies are more common than others), and it's highly advised to collect these trophies, because later in the game all players will be able to exchange them for special blueprints with NPC's all over the world!
 
There are dozens of Trophies to collect, the more and better Trophies you have, the better blueprints you'll be able to trade! Bosses drop rare Hunting Trophies, so team up to defeat them and obtain great rewards!
 
3.   Gameplay Changes/Additions
 
a.   Ally Chat Implemented. The chat for allied factions was introduced to the game in the course of this update. Only Faction Leaders and faction members with permission can use this special chat, shared by all the allied factions.
 
b.   Current action's type displayed in Timers Window. A color dot indicating the Action Type of your current actions now appears to the left of any action you perform in the Timers window, the color code is the following:
•    Orange dot = Primary Action
•    Blue dot =  Secondary Action
•    Purple dot =  Focus Action
•    Yellow dot =  Job Action
•    White dot =  Psytech Action
 
c.   Damage Absorption Capped when attacked by MOBs. The maximum amount of damage absorption against MOB attacks is now capped to 75% for all damage types. This means that even when the defense stat of the attacked player surpass the MOB attack stat by 76 or more points, the MOB will only have his damage reduced 75% top.
 
d.   Hit Points and Damage were increased by a factor of 10:
 
•   All the MOBs and characters Hit Points were multiplied by 10
•   All attack cards and buildings damage were multiplied by 10
•   All shield-type Cards defense bonus were multiplied by 10
 
•   Now you will Transform 1 Psynode for 1 Combat XP  every 10 points of damage you deal. Combat XP - Psynode relation was adjusted, the updated rules are the following:
i.   You'll transform 1 point of Psynode to 1 Combat XP for every 10 points of damage you deal to any enemy player or MOB.
ii.   If you deliver more damage than your current Psynode can transform in XP, you'll earn as much Combat XP as your available Psynode allows it.
 
•   All Pet-type cards now generate Combat XP when used to attack a player.
 
g.   Critical Chance % is now variable with each hit. Now every time you attack a MOB or a Player, a Critical Strike % chance will be displayed for every attack you perform, this % chance is based on your weapon's base Critical Hit %, and your weapon skill. The higher your skill with that weapon, the higher Critical % chances you'll attain in your attacks.

h.   Shields Improved! All Shield -based effect cards, such as the Chromatic Armor, Psychic Shield (Self & Other), Telekinetic Shield (Self & Other) and Soul Shield (Self & Other) had their shield bonus and number of uses increased.
 
i.   New Overkill rule for hunting MOBs. If you kill a MOB with a blow that surpasses its total health (i.e. the killing blow deals too much damage), it'll be considered an Overkill, you will get the experience and Energy loot from the defeated MOB, but you will not be able to obtain a Hunting Trophy from your kill.

j.   Quality Bonus from Superior Crafting Skill is now variable with each crafting. A Superior Crafting skill will now grant a variable quality bonus to the crafted cards that will apply every time you create a card. The higher your Crafting skill is, the greater the quality bonus you'll receive when crafting.

k.   Critical Success for Crafters! If you are lucky enough to obtain a natural roll of 100 while assembling a card, the resulting card will have a 50% Quality bonus and the blueprint will not be consumed in the crafting process.
 
l.   100% Quality Crystals available in the Psytech Store! Now you can obtain 100% Crystals of any color at 1 PP per crystal in the Psytech Store. This option is only available to Donators.
 
m.   Crystals up to 100% quality are now available in the Map! The crystal spawns were adjusted for all the lands in the Map, the lands near The Vault, Splinter of Ramiel and Gaia's Heart have lesser quality crystals, while the lands in the Hunting regions at the South, North and Western section of the map have the better crystals in game. The farther you travel to obtain your crystals, the better crystals you'll receive! Please note that mining in the Hunting Grounds will change the status of your character to "Mining" for the duration of your action timer.

¡La actualización de MOBs esta Lista!
 
Finalmente, después de varios días de actualizaciones continuas y muchas pruebas, la nueva versión de MOBs está disponible (version 1.8.11.0) , así como nuevas tierras y un nuevo sistema de Trofeos que te permitirá recolectar pedazos específicos de los MOBs que mates, estos trofeos son llamados Hunting Trophies, los cuales podrás canjear por blueprints especiales y acceso a tierras de Quest especiales.
 
Además esta actualización contiene algunos ajustes a las reglas y otras adiciones al juego, descritas a continuación:
 
1.   Nuevas Tierras en el Mapa
 
a.   Las nieblas han retrocedido y tres nuevas regiones se han agregado al mapa con ¡más de 20 nuevas tierras disponibles para la exploración y cacería de MOBs! Estas nuevas tierras son Regiones de Caza y no pueden ser clamadas o adueñadas por ninguna facción y si se usan cartas de Minado en las tierras, tu personaje se quedará en estatus "Mining"   y no podrá moverse hasta que termine el timer de Minado.
 
b.   Se agregaron tres Tierras tipo Quest: Court of Seasons, Ramiel's Tomb y The Acropolis. Estas nuevas tierras serán importantes para la Quest de War of Gods.
 
c.   Iron Necrópolis, Hollow Hills y Willow Wails ahora pueden ser accedidas mediante sus fronteras naturales, indicadas en el Mapa.
 
d.   Las tierras de la niebla se han expandido y ofrecen nuevos destinos, ahora podrás viajar en la bruma laberíntica para llegar al corazón de las tinieblas ¡y enfrentar a los poderosos Demon Lords!
 
e.   La presencia Separatista en el reino también ha aumentado, en las profundidades de la niebla ahora encontrarás la Separatist Frontier, que te conectará con Dos Separatist Outposts. Nota: El edificio Separatist Space Relay ahora te transportará a la Separatist Frontier en vez de al Outpost.
 
f.    Nuevos caminos han sido creados en la niebla para alcanzar tres nuevas tierras tipo Quest. Más información respecto a estas tierras y la misión que las relaciona será publicada en una siguiente actualización.
 
g.   La tierra de Quest Shokan Sewers localizada debajo de la superficie de la ciudad fue agregada al Reino.
 
2.   MOBs Mejorados y Nuevo Sistema de Trofeos
 
Todos los MOBs del juego han sido mejorados con nuevas stats, nuevos ataques, nueva imagen y un nuevo sistema de Trofeos. Actualmente existen más de 50 diferentes MOBs en juego y todos ellos tienen posibilidad de dejarte un Trofeo cuando los matas. Los Hunting Trophies varían en tipo y frecuencia (hay trofeos más raros que el resto). Te recomendamos que juntes todos los trofeos que puedas, pues posteriormente podrás intercambiar tus trofeos por blueprints especiales con NPCs en todo el mundo.
 
¡Existen docenas de Trofeos para recolectar, la mayor cantidad y calidad de trofeos que obtengas te permitirán tener más y mejores blueprints especiales. Recuerda que los Bosses también dejan trofeos, así que enfréntalos en equipo para obtener las mejores recompensas!
 
3.   Cambios y Adiciones al Juego
 
a.   Chat de Ally (Alianza). Se introdujo el chat para facciones aliadas en esta actualización, solamente los líderes de facción y los miembros de la facción que tengan un Rango autorizado para usarlos podrán ver y participar en este chat. El Ally chat es compartido por todas las facciones que componen una Alianza.
 
b.   Tipo de Acción desplegado en la ventana Timers. Un punto de color indicando el Tipo de Acción que tu personaje esta realizando aparece a la izquierda de tus acciones en la ventana Timers, el código de color es el siguiente:
•    Punto Naranja = Acción Primaria
•    Punto Azul = Acción Secundaria
•    Punto Morado = Acción tipo Focus
•    Punto Amarillo = Acción tipo Job
•    Punto Blanco= Acción tipo Psytech
 
c.   Absorción de daño limitada cuando eres atacado por MOBs. El máximo daño que se puede absorber de cualquier ataque de un MOB es 75%. Estos significa que aun cuando tu stat sobrepase la stat de ataque del MOB por 76 puntos o más, el daño del ataque del MOB solo se verá reducido en un 75% máximo.
 
d.   Hit Points (HP) y Daño fueron multiplicados por 10.
 
•   Todos los Hit Points de los MOBs y Personajes fueron multiplicados por 10
•   Todo el daño de cartas de ataque y edificios fueron multiplicados por 10
•   Todos los bonos de defensa de las cartas tipo Shield fueron multiplicados por 10
 
•   Ahora por cada 10 puntos de daño que hagas se Transformara 1 Psynodo por 1 Combat XP. La relación del XP de Combate y el Psynodo han cambiado a lo siguiente:
i.   Ahora transformarás 1 punto de Psynode por 1 punto de Combat XP por cada 10 puntos de daño que inflijas a jugadores o MOBs.
ii.   Si haces más daño del que tu Psynodo puede transformar en XP, recibirás tanta Combat XP como tu Psynodo te lo permita antes de llegar a 0.
 
•   Todos los ataques tipo Pet ahora generan Combat XP.
 
g.   Bono de Golpe Crítico Variable en cada golpe. Con esta actualización cambia la regla de Golpes Críticos (Critical Hits), cada vez que ataques a un MOB o a otro jugador, se desplegará el % de oportunidad de golpe crítico (Critical Strike % Chance). Este % de oportunidad  esta basado en el % de Golpe Crítico fijo de tu arma y tu nivel de skill con el arma que estas usando. Mientras más alta tengas tu Skill con esa arma, obtendrás mayores % de Golpe Crítico en tus ataques.

h.   ¡Todos los Escudos han sido Mejorados! Todos las cartas de tipo Shield: Chromatic Armor, Psychic Shield (Self & Other), Telekinetic Shield (Self & Other) y Soul Shield (Self & Other) tienen ahora mayor numero de usos y efectos más poderosos.
 
i.   Nueva regla de Masacre para cazar MOBs. A partir de esta versión, si matas a un MOB con un golpe que sobrepase la vida total del MOB (o sea que el ultimo golpe le hace demasiado daño al MOB) será considerado Masacre, recibirás la experiencia y la Energía correspondiente del MOB, pero no habrá posibilidad de obtener un trofeo del MOB.

j.   Bono variable de Calidad por Skill Superior de Crafting. A partir de esta versión, los puntos de skill de Crafting que excedan lo mínimo requerido por el blueprint otorgarán al Crafter un bono variable de calidad a la carta resultante, este bono es variable y aplica para todos las cartas que los jugadores fabriquen. Mientras más alta sea la Skill de Crafting del jugador, mejor será el bono de calidad que reciban.

k.   ¡Éxitos Sobresalientes para Crafters! Si eres afortunado y obtienes una tirada de 100 cuando intentes crear una carta, la carta resultante tendrá un bono de calidad del 50% y el blueprint no será consumido durante el proceso de creación de la carta.
 
l.   ¡Cristales de 100% de Calidad ahora disponibles en la Tienda Psytech! Ahora puedes obtener cristales de 100% de calidad de cualquier color en la Tienda Psytech, el costo es 1 cristal por 1 PP. Esta opción solamente está disponible para donadores.
 
m.   ¡Cristales de hasta 100% de Calidad disponibles en el Mapa! La calidad de los cristales ha sido ajustada para todas las tierras del mapa, las tierras cercanas a The Vault, Splinter of Ramiel y Gaia's Heart tienen cristales de baja calidad, mientras que los mejores cristales se encuentran en las Regiones de Caza localizadas al Sur, Norte y Oeste del mapa ¡Mientras más lejos viajes para conseguir tus cristales, obtendrás mejores cristales! 1) War of Gods officially starts on September!
Warriors of the Realm, the greatest challenge of the War Season is at hand. Prepare for the epic  battle for the ultimate supremacy of the Outworld! The War of Gods Quest will officially start during September, prepare for battle!

Key information  about this quest is part of this Release Notes, please read below.
 
2) New BRO Server!
We a re happy to announce that a second Server of Broken Reality Online will be open very soon. The pre-register will be open later this month. Stay tuned for more information about this important event of BRO!

3) New starting tutorial now featuring characters Templates!
 An updated version of the introduction tutorial was published, featuring 8 New Character Templates:  Tank, Warrior, Sniper, Mercenary, Sociocrat, Officer, Manipulator and Crafter.

II. Buf Gixes
----------------------------------------------------------------

1) A bug regarding the damage calculation for determining Overkills was fixed. It's now working as intended.

2) A bug regarding the Mining status in the Hunting Grounds was fixed. It's now working as intended.

3) A bug regarding "(You rolled: 5, You needed: 5)" was fixed. It's now working as intended.

III. Gameplay Changes/Additions
----------------------------------------------------------------

1) Siege Protection Enabled. Starting with this update, factions that do not have a land under control will not be able to use Siege Weapons against enemy-controlled lands.

2) New Trophy Collectors NPC's Added. Three new Trophy Collectors NPC's were added to the Realm and more are on their way, keep an eye on the Lands Window to spot them while travelling through the Realm. 

3) Bonus to Crafting rolls. All bonus to crafting rolls are now displayed in your chat window every time you attempt to craft a Card.

I. Release Notes

1) War of Gods Officially starts with today's Live Event !
Today we officially launched the War of Gods Quest with the introduction of the Race Sages, and the special appearance of the MOB Lords. During the event the Lords took the Relic Sites from the control of the Race Sages and established the Sylvan, Forsaken and Psydrone Capitals in the Court of Seasons, Ramiel's Tomb and the Acropolis, respectively.

During the final battle, the Lord of the Psydrones, a powerful Psytech entity named KERBEROS PROTOCOL, and the Sylvan high priestess of the cult of the Dugobannon, Arbakai, were defeated by the combined efforts of the warriors of the Realm, while the leader of the Forsaken Mutants, the Unliving fabled rogue, Lady Morgue managed to escape unharmed after taking control of the Unliving sacred grounds.

What will happen to the newly conquered lands by the MOB Lords? What will the Heralds do to fix the terrible outcome of their missions? What new treachery is devising Lady Morgue in her Abyssal realm? Stay tuned for the next update of BRO and be the first to know what is waiting for you in this War of Gods!

2) Capitals now Eligible for Faction Leaders!
Faction Leaders can now declare a Capital from the Profile->Faction->Management Menu. Here's a refresher of Capital lands:

  • Land Conquering - when a Capital is established in a faction-controlled land, the land becomes 'Faction Conquered' and the faction will never loose control of the land, even if all it's buildings are destroyed.
  • Siege protection Capitals are protected against siege attacks from any other faction that does not have a Capital Land.
  • Additional building slots Capitals have 8 additional building slots than normal claimed/owned lands.
  • Advanced Buildings Only in Capital lands the Faction will be able to deploy advanced buildings, such as the Temple-type buildings of the War of Gods.
The only requirement for the faction to establish their Capital is to have at least one land with the 'Faction Owned' status.

IMPORTANT: When a Faction choose a land as their capital, all the additional lands under the faction control will lose the 'Faction Owned' status permanently and become 'Faction Claimed'.

Additional Note: Capital Lands are protected against siege weapons until the Heroes can be summoned.

3) More levels available for your Transport System!
If you enjoy a Death Hive, Vehicle Workshop or Dreamgate in your city, you may be interested in bringing a piece of separatist technology to Chief Engineer Limentani. There is one additional destination at level 15 and another one at level 20. Quest for it!

4) New Trophy Collector and New Siege Weapons!
A new collector was added this week, this one will trade all kind of explosives and bazooka-like weapons, for all of you that loves when things go BOOM! Also all siege weapons blueprints were adjusted with more uses, and increased damage.

4) New Player Protection extended to 25 days
New player? Don't worry! You have plenty of time to learn the ropes with your New Player Protection (NPP) now increased to 25 days. During this period other players under NPP will be able to attack you, but you will be safe against more advanced players , unless you attack them first, of course!

Actualizacion del Parche V1.8.11.2!

1) La Guerra de los Dioses empieza oficialmente con el Evento en Vivo de hoy!
Hoy lanzamos oficialmente la Quest para la Guerra de los Dioses con la introducción de los Sabios de Raza, y la aparición especial de los MOB Lords. Durante el evento los Lords les quitaron el control de las Tierras de Reliquia a los Sabios de Raza y establecieron las Capitales Sylvan, Forsaken y Psydrone en la Court of Seasons, Ramiel's Tomb y la Acropolis, respectivamente.

Durante la batalla final, los Lord de los Psydrones, una ponderosa entidad Psytech invocaron al KERBEROS PROTOCOL, y las Altas Sacerdotisas Sylvan del culto de los Dugobannon Arbakai, fueron derrotados pos los esfuerzos combinados de los guerreros del mundo, mientras tanto la líder de los Forsaken Mutants, la legendaria rogue Unliving Lady Morgue logro escapar ilesa después de tomar control de las Tierras Sagradas Unliving.

Que pasara a las nuevas tierras conquistadas por los MOB Lords? Que harán los Heraldos para solucionar la terrible consecuencia de su misión? 2) Tiempo Especial Golden, Una semana de Triple-XP!
Buscas un templado en especial y necesitas algunos nodos extra? O tal vez acabas de llegar y quisieras subir de nivel más rápido? Esta semana es tu perfecta oportunidad! Desde el domingo 7 de Septiembre, al domingo 13 de Septiembre DISFRUTA UNA SEMANA DE GOLDEN TIME TRIPLE!

3) Las Capitales ya son elegibles por los Lideres de Faccion!
Los lideres de Faccion ya pueden declarar su Capital desde Perfil->Faction->Management Menu. Aquí hay un pequeño recordatorio respecto a Ciudades Capital:

  • Conquista de Tierra – Cuando una Capital se establece en una Tierra Controlada port u Facción, la tierra se vuelve 'Faction Conquered' y tu Facción nunca perderá control de esa tierra, aun si todos sus edificios fueron destruidos.
  • Protección contra Asedio Las Capitales están protegidas contra ataques de asedio de cualquier otra Facción que no tenga una Ciudad Capital.
  • Más espacios para edificios Las Capitales tienen 8 espacios adicionales que las tierras normales claimed/owned.
  • Edificios avanzados Ahora las Facciones podrán desplegar Edificios avanzados tales como los Edificios tipo Templo para la Guerra de los Dioses, aunque esto será posible solamente en las Ciudades Capitales.
El único requerimiento para que una Facción establezca su Capital es tener al menos una tierra en estado 'Faction Owned'(Apropiada por la Facción).

IMPORTANTE: Cuando una Facción escoge una tierra como su Capital, todas las tierras extras que estén bajo el control de esa  Facción perderán el estado 'Facción Owned' (Apropiada por la Facción). Permanentemente y se convertirán en 'Facción Claimed' (Clamada por la Facción).

Nota adicional: Las Ciudades Capital están protegidas contra todo tipo de armas de asedio hasta que los Héroes sean liberados.

4) Más niveles disponibles para tu sistema de Transporte!
Si te gusta el Death Hive, Vehicle Workshop o la Dreamgate en tu Ciudad, tal vez quieras traer una piece of separatist technology a el Chief Engineer Limentani. Tendrás más lugares para viajar si la llevas a nivel 15 y uno más en nivel 20. Has la Quest!

5) Nuevo recolector de trofeos y nuevas armas de asedio!
Un Nuevo recolector fue añadido esta semana, este intercambiara toda clase de explosivos y armas tipo bazooka, para todos aquellos a los que les gusta el BOOM! También todos los blueprints de armas de asedio fueron ajustados con más usos, y daño incrementado.

6) Protección para nuevos jugadores extendida hasta 25 días
Eres un jugador nuevo? No te preocupes! Tendrás mucho tiempo para aprender a jugar con la Protección para Jugadores Nuevos (NPP) ahora incrementada hasta por 25 días. Durante este periodo solo los jugadores nuevos bajo la misma protección NPP serán capaces de atacarte, pero estarás protegido de los jugadores más avanzados, a menos que tu los ataques primero por supuesto!

1) Obtain your Temple Building Blueprints!
The next phase of the War of Gods Quest has been released, now you can acquire your Temple Building blueprint by earning access to the MOB Relic Sites: The Acropolis for Promethean Factions, The Court of Seasons for Mythic Factions and Ramiel's Tomb for Unliving Factions. Look for the Relic Sages to know how to earn access to these lands.

2) New Separatist Quest
A new Side-Quest was added as part of the War of Gods , this one takes place in the New Separatist Capital, and can provide a way to all factions to acquire the highly valuable and extremely powerful Black Crystals, required to craft the most powerful weapons and buildings.

3) Politics Rules Update
With the beginning of the War of Gods Quest the Politics Rules changed to allow factions to declare Capital Cities. This is a summary of the updated rules regarding Faction Politics, covering all forms of faction control over lands, and the requirements for your faction to obtain them:

Neutral

  • When a land is in Neutral status any faction can Claim it using a Flag or a Revolt card.
  • Owned/Claimed lands are returned to Neutral status when it's Main Building is destroyed.
  • No buildings can be deployed on a Neutral land.
  • Any player can set their Homeland in a Neutral land.
  • No Influence Levels can be earned in a Neutral land.

Faction Claim
  • When a Faction effectively plays a Flag or Revolt Card in a Claimed/Neutral, it will become FACTION CLAIMED.
  • A Land in Claimed status can be Claimed by other Faction if a Flag or Revolt card is effectively played in that land.
  • Buildings can be deployed and used on a land Claimed by a faction.
  • Faction members can set their homeland in any land Claimed[ by their faction.
  • Influence Levels  can be earned every hour by a Faction in all their Claimed lands
  • A Claimed Land with at least 1 Influence Level regenerates CoreNode (CNode), this CNode can be used by the controlling faction to activate Buildings or generate a Hero Point for their Temple Building in their Capital Land (read below).
  • When a land is Claimed by means of a Flag or Revolt card, it's current CoreNode (if any) is reduced to 0 (this refers to the current CoreNode, not the Max CoreNode of the land)
  • A faction can have any number of Claimed Lands.

Faction Owned
  • This status is only available for factions without a Capital.
  • The Owned Status is granted by the Main Building when it reaches Level 10, and it requires the land to have at least 1000 CoreNodes (10 Influence levels).
  • Flag or Revolt Cards are ineffective in an Owned Land. It cannot be Claimed by other Factions.
  • If the Main Building of the controlling faction is destroyed, the Owned Land will return to Neutral status.
  • Buildings can be deployed and used on a land Owned by a faction.
  • Faction members can set their homeland in any land Owned by their faction.
  • Influence Levels  can be earned every hour by a Faction in their Owned land.
  • An Owned Land CoreNode can only be used by the controlling faction to activate Buildings (not to generate Hero Points).
  • A faction can only have 1 (one) Owned Land.

Faction Capital
  • This land status is available for factions with more than 500 Faction Levels and an Owned Land.
  • The Leader of a Faction can declare an Owned Land their Faction Capital by using the Faction Management Window.
  • The Faction Capital status is never lost, a land in this status will be under the control of the faction until the War Season ends.
  • A Faction Capital land cannot be attacked with Siege Weapons until the Heroes are Summoned.
  • When a land is declared Faction Capital, 4 additional slots are available for deploying buildings in the Land.
  • Temple Buildings can only be deployed in Faction Capitals for the War of Gods Quest.
  • When a Faction Capital is declared, all the lands under the Faction controls will change to Faction Claim status.
  • A Faction with a Faction Capital cannot have lands in Owned status.


5 Steps to acquire a Faction Capitals: Newly created factions will require the following to earn a Faction Capital and take part in the War of Gods Quest:
      1. Claim a Neutral or Claimed land by using a Flag or Revolt Card
      2. Earn 10 Influence Levels on that Land
      3. Deploy a Main Building and level it up to Level 10
      4. Use your Main Building to set the land to Owned Status.
      5. If the Faction has at least 500 Character Levels, declare the land as Faction Capital.

4) New Lands Available for Claiming
The following lands are now available for Claiming:

  • Black Mist River [D7]
  • The Burning Fortress [H8]
  • Poisoned Coast [G4]
  • Ruined Spaceport [F1]
  • Underground Complex  [B3]
  • Edalyor Cathedral [A5]

Please note that you can establish a Faction Capital in The Black Mist River, the Poisoned Coast and the the Underground Complex.

More lands will be opened as more factions established their Capitals in the Map.

5) Character Status Rules Adjustments
The following adjustments were implemented for determining your Character Status:
  • Claiming Status - Now you will not lose the Claiming status when playing any type of cards while playing a Flag or Revolt card, or establishing your Homeland.
  • Claiming Status and New Player Protection - Players under New Player Protection period will lose their protection if they enter Claiming status, for the duration of their Claiming timer.
  • Building Status - Now you will not lose the Building status when playing any type of cards while deploying a building.
  • Channeling Status - Now a card will put your character in Channeling status only if you are in Normal status when you play that card.

6) Bug Fixes
The following bugs were detected and fixed. Thanks for reporting!
  • A bug that allowed the invalid use of buildings was fixed.
  • A bug that allowed the invalid use of Siege weapons was fixed.
  • A bug that allowed the invalid deployment of Buildings was fixed.

La siguiente fase de la Guerra de los Dioses ha sido liberada, ahora puedes obtener tus Blueprints del Edificio Templo ganando acceso a los Sitios de Reliquia de MOBs: The Acropolis para facciones Promethean, The Court of Seasons para facciones Mythic y Ramiel's Tomb para facciones Unliving. Busca a los Relic Sages para saber como ganar acceso a estas tierras.

2) Nueva Quest Separatista
Una nueva quest alternativa fue añadida como parte de la Guerra de los Dioses , esta se lleva a cabo en la nueva Capital Separatista, y provee a todas la facciones de una forma para obtener los muy valuados y altamente poderosos Black Crystals, que se requieren para crear las mas poderosas armas y edificios.

3) Regla de Politicas Actualizada
Con el principio de la quest de la Guerra de los Dioses, las Reglas de Política cambiaron para permitir a las facciones declarar Ciudades Capital. Este es un resumen de las reglas actualizadas acerca de Política entre Facciones, contemplando todas las formas de control de facción sobre las tierras, y los requerimientos para que tu facción obtenga su Ciudad Capital:

Neutral

  • Cuando una tierra esta en estado Neutral cualquier facción puede Clamarla utilizando una Flag (Bandera) o una carta de Revolt (Revuelta).
  • Las Tierras Owned/Claimed (Apropiadas/Clamadas) serán regresadas a EstadoNeutral cuando su edificio principal sea destruido.
  • Ningún edificio puede ser construido en unatierra Neutral.
  • Cualquier jugador puede declarar su Homeland en unatierra Neutral.
  • Ningún nivel de Influencia puede ser ganado en una tierra Neutral.

Clamar de Facción
  • Cuando una facción logra exitosamente poner en juego una Flag (Bandera) o una carta de Revolt (Revuelta) en una tierra Clamada/Neutral, esta se convertirá en FACTION CLAIMED (Clamada por la Facción).
  • Una tierra en estado Faction Claimed puede ser Clamada por otra Facción si una Flag (Bandera) o carta Revolt (Revuelta)  es puesta e juego de forma exitosa en esa tierra.
  • Podrán construirse y usarse edificios en una tierra Clamada por una facción.
  • Los miembros de la Facción que ha clamado con éxito una tierra podrán hacer su Homeland en esa tierra Clamada[ por su facción.
  • Las Facciones ganaran niveles de influencia cada hora en todas sus tierras Clamadas
  • Las tierras Clamadas con al menos 1 nivel de influencia regenerarán CoreNode (CNode), este CNode pude ser utilizado por la facción controladora para activar Edificios o generar un Punto de Héroe para su Edificio Templo en su Ciudad Capital (leer abajo).
  • Cuando una tierra es Clamada por medio de una Flag o una Revolt card, su CoreNode actual (si lo hay) se reduce a 0 (esto se refiere a la cuenta del CoreNode actual, no el CoreNode Maximo de la tierra)
  • una Facción puede tener cualquier número de Tierras Clamadas.

Faction Owned (Apropiada por la Facción)
  • Este estado esta disponible sólo para Facciones sin Capital.
  • El estado Owned (apropiado) se otorga por el Edificio Principal cuando este llega a nivel 10, y requiere que la tierra tenga al menos 1000 CoreNodes (10 Niveles de Influencia).
  • Las Flag o cartas de Revolt no son efectivas en una tierra Owned. Y esta no podrá se clamada por otras Facciones.
  • Si el Edificio Principal de la Facción que controla la tierra es destruido, la tierra Owned regresara a Neutral.
  • Los Edificios pueden ser construidos y utilizados en una tierra que este Owned por una Facción.
  • Los miembros de una Facción que ha puesto con éxito una tierra en estado Owned podrán hacer su Homeland en esa tierra.
  • Las Facciónes pueden ganar niveles de influencia cada hora en su tierra en estado  Owned.
  • El Corenode de una tierra Owned puede ser utilizado solamente para activar edificios (no para generar Puntos de Héroe) .
  • Una Facción puede tener solamente 1 (una) tierra Owned.

Capital de la Facción
  • Este estado de la tierra esta disponible solo par alas Facciones con más de 500 niveles y una tierra en estado Owned.
  • El lider de una Facción puede declarar su tierra Owned como su Ciudad Capital haciendo uso de la Faction management Window (ventana de Manejo de Facción).
  • El estado de Ciudad Capital no se pierde nunca , una tierra en este estado permanecerá bajo el control de la Facción que la controle hasta que termine la Temporada de Guerra.
  • Una Ciudad Capital no podrá ser atacada por armas de asedio hasta que los Héroes sean invocados.
  • Cuando una tierra es declarada Ciudad Capital, se abrirán 4 espacios adicionales para construir edificios en esa tierra.
  • Los Edificios Templo solo podrán ser construidos en las Ciudades Capital para la Quest de la Guerra de los Dioses.
  • Cuando se declara una Ciudad Capital, todas las tierras bajo el control de la facción que esta declarando Ciudad Capital cambiaran su estado actual a Claimed.
  • Una Facción con una Ciudad Capital  ya no puede tener tierras en estado Owned.

5 Pasos para adquirir una Ciudad Capital: Las Facciones creadas recientemente necesitarán cumplir con lo siguiente para ganarse una Ciudad Capital y participar en Quest de la Guerra de los Dioses:

4) Nuevas Tierras disponibles para Clamar
Las siguientes tierras están ahora disponible spara ser Clamadas:

 

  • Black Mist River [D7]

  • Estado de Claiming – Desde ahora no perderás el estado de Claiming cuando uses cualquier otro tipo de carta mientras estas usando una Flag o Revolt, o estableciendo tu Homeland.
  • Estado de Claiming y Protección para Nuevos Jugadores – Los jugadores que tengan activo el tiempo de Proteccion para nuevos Jugadores, perderán su protección si entran en estado Claiming y mientras dure el tiempo de este estado.
  • Estado Building - Desde ahora no perderás el estado de Building cuando uses cualquier otro tipo de carta mientras estés en estado Building.
  • Estado Channeling – Desde ahora podrás entrar en estado Channeling solo si estabas en estado Normal cuando usaste la carta que te pone en este estado.

6) Bugs Solucionados
Los siguientes bugs fueron detectados y solucionados. Gracias por reportarlos!
  • Un bug que permitía el uso invalido de los edificios fue arreglado.
  • Un bug que permitía el uso invalido de Armas de Asedio fue arreglado.
  • Un bug que permitía la construcción invalida de Edificios fue arreglado.

Now Factions will be able to level up and repair their Temple buildings with 6 Quest Blueprints, that can be traded with the Separatist Herald, some of this new blueprints require Black Crystals to be crafted and can be deployed by the Faction Engineers.

II. New Power Armors available for Engineers!
----------------------------------------------------------------
Six new powerful Combat Armors are now available with in the Bonecloud and wih the Mysterious Fog Traveller! This suits will provide the Engineer with a Shield-type protection and have the special effect of bouncing back the damage to their attacker! Specially handy when repairing under enemy siege, don't miss them!

III. The Fog has released New Lands!

IV. New "Shield" and "Building" Icons
----------------------------------------------------------------

The Icon for Building cards was updated, Building cards can now be identified with this Icon:

Also, a new Icon was added to identifyShield-type cards, and differentiate them from Armor type cards:

  • Armor-type cards increases your Body/Mind/Spirit stats for damage calculations purposes, and can be identified with the following Icon:

  • Shield-type cards provide you with virtual Hit Points of Body/Mind/Spirit, that are consumed before your character's Hit Points, and can be identified with the following Icon:

V. Fog Vortex cards now Available from the Mysterious Fog Traveller

The Fog Vortex card can be obtained again by exchanging Mist Folk trophies with the Mysterious Fog Traveller.
